It's been a long time since I was in a Big Lot's. I must say they have come a long way if this store is an example. The store was well stocked with some extraordinary sales. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was efficient and helpful. I am impressed and will be back. Thanks!

Yes I do like Big lots of employees are really helpful I was in a wheelchair this next this new year I lost my leg and the people there were absolutely helpful I love everything about Big lots their employees are just friendly and helping and help me a lot so we love them I will tell everybody to go shopping there.

Teresa helped us. She was a floor manager I think. This lady knew how to take care of a customer. I haven't seen such great customer service in a long time

We were greeted when we entered. Very organized and clean. Teresa introduced herself she told us to let her know if we needed any assistance. Good service and experience.

Rented a carpet shampooer there with great service from cashiers. The Bissel shampooer was EXCELLENT! I will continue to rent this machine in the future. Thanks so much!
