For those who complain Orielleys is really two businesses. Retail up front and commercial in the back.As for someone saying is that all they hire is people who don't know about cars? No but the ones who do usually find better paying jobs and leave. It's retail people do you get great service at Walmart? They have to go by what corporate dictates about hours so yes there is only going to be two counter persons working and maybe 3 in the summer. It's a low wage job for a billion dollar company. Sorry but AutoZone isn't any better. I'm ASE certified and worked there myself and to be honest Orielleys too. It's not the employees fault it's lack of training from a Walmart like store that cares for only money in the end . That's why I became certified and found a better paying career.

Carlos is a top notch expert. He took the time to help me figure out what the code could be (from the diagnostics) and gave me product and/or method solutions to fix my issue(s). Patient, willing and a great attitude towards the customers.

I was asked by all three employees present if I needd help. Great service.

Awesome experience! I'm a new lifetime customer for sure.The gentleman working treated me like a king and stood out in the rain to do a Free engine light check, and even fixed it by doing a gas cap reseal. He didn't have to do that. Awesome!

My favorite place to spend money. I'm a regular shopper here and they know who I am. Awesome staff to work with and they understand and don't try to argue with me and tell me the parts I'm using aren't going to work with what I'm using them for... (AutoZone and Napa cough cough). Very knowledgeable people work here and can help you with a lot.
ALSO they still honor the "warranty something once no questions asked" just be some one they trust.

Employee Gustavo (probably butchered his name) is one of the best parts employe I’ve ever seen. Fast and friendly and will not hesitate to come out and help you put a part in your rig. Knows me and my friend every time we come in and supply’s a family feeling atmosphere.

I was in the Tri-Cities when my car ran out of freon. I was not able to get it refilled right away. I was not able to find Freon in Washington since the ban was placed on it. I found it at O'REILLY'S Auto Parts in Hermiston OR.
When at home in Spokane WA I always use O'Reilly's Auto Parts for my do it myself stuff. Thanks again O'Reilly's show that I can always depend on you at home or while away on the road.

One of the best places to get parts at a decent price. I use them for my shop

January 19th I went to your store to purchase new wiper blades for my 83 year old aunt's car. The young man who assisted me with my purchase helped me determine which blades we needed and then went outside in the cold and heavy rain to install them for us. The man's name is Neftali. He was very kind, quite the gentleman, opening the doors for me and being of excellent assistance. He is a very good representative of the high quality service you offer and for sure we will be returning in the future as appreciative customers.

My daughter and I were on our way to a dog show in Portland on June 24 when we began to have issues with the steering on her SUV 3 hours from home. We pulled onto the off ramp for Hermiston and my SIL called the local O'Reilly's. They had what we needed so we drove into town. Angela and Lisa helped us out. Angela even put the power steering into the car for us. It poured right out. She used duct tape to try and seal the split in the hose as best she could. Loaded with more power steering fluid we nursed the car back home. Had it not been for Angela we would have not made it back last night. We really appreciate the service that went above and beyond to insure that we were able to get home. Thanks so much! Lian

My Dad and I were traveling from Post Falls, Idaho, being away from our tools makes traveling with a problematic truck stressful. Jamal, one of O'riellys employees made changing out my Dad's F350 alternator a breeze. Not only was he willing to charge our batteries while we worked out the kinks, but he lended us his wrench set and power drill to expedite our process. My Dad owns his own company, and we can truly say Jamal was a one of a kid employee. Being friendly, courteous, and hard working were all exceeded. I sure wish more employees, and Men acted like Jamal.

I shop there only and have had great service, very good place to get parts

I play in a band from the east coast on tour. Yesterday all of our back left rear wheel studs broke off and our outer tire decided to race us on the highway, luckily the inner tire stayed on long enough for us to pull off to the shoulder safely. After lots of calling and in the middle of nowhere... We found an orielly auto parts in Hermiston that had 5 of the 8 studs we needed and were nice enough to deliever them to us 20 miles away on the side of the highway after our drummer spent a couple hours putting in the new studs we were on the road again. Got another 40 miles to a walmart and hit another orielly auto parts this morning that had 2 more studs. Now were 7 out of 8 studs and hitting the road to Boise Idaho thanks to the help from oriellys GM alejandro for taking the time to drive out to us. Thanks so much for going out of your way to help a band in need. Thanks to you were not stranded on the side of the highway and we were able to get into the next town safely.

Great prices, staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I come here first when I need a car part. Good selection of parts, too.
