This store needs to Answer the phone!I call and call put on hold for 15 minutes then they pick up and hang it up that's terrible!
Also it's been over 1 year now they REFUSE to allow customers to use the bathroom! They say it's BROKE but I know it's not because the cashier tells me they just don't want to have to clean it. And the don't want to keep giving out toilet paper because no one no staff member knows how the lock it into the toilet paper holder dispenser! This also is terrible especially for SENIORS who NEED the toilet waiting for a prescription that takes 40minutes to 1 hour to fill! Terrible
It's small and cramped area for pharmacy Staff but they MUST expand space and hire a SECOND PHARMACIST to move faster. It's a very good and very busy pharmacy we are greatful to have! But it needs these improvements soon! Thank Laura 😊 🙏 PRAY you fix these BIG ISSUES soon!

july 22, 2023, ive been there this morning, the outstanding service from Kiara, cshr 2280189 was amazing ti me, she did helped me out twice, she never change her manners, shes has a very stable personality, professional and classy.

I just went here to get vaccinated and had a great experience. There is someone who stands near the entrance for you to check in for your appointment. Then you go to an aisle and wait on line (socially distanced) and wait for your information to be confirmed and to be vaccinated. When I went, there was only one lady doing it, but it was a fast process. In and out of the building in 20 minutes and everyone was very helpful. Bought a couple things on my way out from self checkout so I don't know anything about cashiers, but everyone I interacted with was helpful and nice.

Humma, your CVS employee took her time with me and helped me through everything. She is a real kind and helpful employee. She is GREAT!! Thank you. Kelly Petersen

CVS pharmacy is excellent and team member Humma is very helpful and she guides all the customer with right product information and I got the CVS membership which was pocket friendly and extremely helpful.I prefer my all future pharmacy purchases from CVS pharmacy only.

Great service. Emy/Amy (so sorry - cannot remember correctly) went out of her way to help me and make sure my order was correct. I personally have never had a problem with the pharmacy staff either. Thank you guys!

I love the service at CVS at 714 Summit Ave in Union City Nj. This lady Humma, has exceptional customer service.

What make this store great are employees like Humma that make you feel welcomed and help you find what you need.

Pharmacy staff are friendly and eager to answer anything I have questions about. Also the managers and store staff are very friendly and sincere people. Store could use a touch up new carpet and such. But overall it's clean .

The store is neat and clean . The staff are very good and helpful in nature . The items are properly stacked in respective shelves which helps us to locate very easily.

The service was excellent and they are very good and friendly. They give right advises thought they are delay picking up the phone which I understand they are very busy after getting in the store . Both myself and my wife got our medication on time and excellent service .

Nicely organized vaccine booths, self checkouts, ample parking space & overall it’s more than just a pharmacy. Big store, you will get most of the things.
