Thanks to Brian and the Lexington Hotel Staff for making our New Years Eve experience memorable. For starters, the check in experience was a breeze. We arrived a bit early and our room was available. (Much appreciated after our 6 hour flight!!). The lobby was clean and welcoming and we immediately noticed the plush and cozy bar in the lobby. (We came a bit later in the evening and the drinks were fancy and perfect for entertaining guests…which we did).

Our room was IMMACULATE. Wow! Our suite was beautifully decorated and the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

The bed was comfortable, the sheets were cozy and we overslept every day…happily :)

And to top it off, there was a DJ spinning in the lobby and complimentary champagne at midnight for the balldrop! So classy!

Every time we needed something…even if it was a restaurant recommendation…the staff was always eager to help us make our stay more enjoyable.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. Will definitely be back soon!

The hotel have a excellent location in the center of Manhattan. The cleaning was done everyday and was perfect. The reception people are very kind and helpful, especially M. Philippe who did an excellent Check-In and explain us everything during the arrival.

I recommend you this hotel 100%

Thanks to Simon for his excellent service during my stay at this magnificent hotel. From the moment I approached the check-in counter, Simon greeted me with a warm and courteous demeanor that immediately put me at ease. His attention to detail and proficiency in handling the check-in procedures were truly commendable. Despite any potential challenges, Simon navigated the process with expertise, ensuring that I was swiftly assisted and that any inquiries or concerns were promptly addressed
It is evident that Simon takes great pride in his work and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to guests. His dedication to excellence is truly commendable and deserving of recognition.

Been staying at this hotel for some years now and I totally recommend the staff namely Nicole at front desk and her amazing colleagues alongside the manager Alan! But this time my review is mainly about the housekeeping team. My room was recently cleaned by Tenzin, the Housekeeper at Lexington autograph hotel. And she has to be the best housekeeper in the entire building! My goodness, good people skills and impeccable work as well. I am extremely impressed with her work and I believe she is a true gem to the house keeping unit in this hotel.
She treated me with respect, love, great energy and I felt right at home as she cleaned whilst I stayed in the room.
If there is one thing I can remember is her attention to detail and going the extra mile for guests for things I didn’t even know I needed. Thank you so much TENZIN! Thank you so much Ellen for leading a winning team’

The hotel is nearly a hundred years old. I am opting to see the charm rather than the chipping paint. The check-in line comes in waves, and even when the line is very long it is faster than using the Bonvoy app. I'm in a good room, with a small but mostly functional bathroom. I used the hair dryer once and blew a fuse (it is an older building). I believe there are 27 floors and five elevators, the wait hasn't been crazy to get up or down. The beds are comfortable. I would advise that construction is going on close by, and this is the city that never sleeps, so I put on the Calm app to tune it out.

If you're willing to take the quirks of an old building, it's a solid hotel option.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, I found the services from beginning to end nothing short of exceptional, they arranged a Lincoln to collect us from JFK Airport and drove us over the Brooklyn Bridge directly to the hotel itself. The Doorman was presented in classic Top hat and Tails and was very friendly, I tipped him as he greeted us and opened the door and asked if he could help with the luggage. Unlike many reviews here I found the room somewhat charming and reminiscent of old days of New York with a somewhat Art Deco vibe, the bed was extremely comfortable, I can recall there was even a TV guide on the table in the room so I was able to watch Star Trek for example which I actually did at the time. In addition yes the bathroom was small but clean as a whistle and the towels were fresh. The overall service was superb, with great reception and front of house staff, the Eggs Benedict downstairs would have satisfied Michael Douglas in Wall Street. the food was top tier. I must confess most of the reviews on here for this hotel were inadequate and fell short of the wonderful experience I had and IMHO those reviews were very Karenesque and Mid. I loved the hotel and was totally down with it. I will stay again and look forward to it, we have already pre-booked it for our 2099 NYE Party. The Hotel is class. Highly recommend +++++ and one final thing do what I did, stand outside at 3 or 4am and just soak up the atmos, the city that never sleeps. class :-)

First time staying here. Very nice hotel. Def has old NYC vibes in a good way. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to new construction but that add to its charm. Everything in the room is in great condition and we had no problems during our stay. The bathroom is tight lol but the water pressure is one of the best we’ve had in all the times we’ve stayed in various hotels in NYC. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud- very comfortable. The only two drawbacks are the room has no mini fridge, and the gap under the door lets in a lot of noise- our neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants slamming their door and talking.

They do charge a resort fee still but you can use the 35$ daily credit in the bar for drinks. I did see the Champage Vending machine in the lobby and def want to make a purchase if only for the novelty (41$ per bottle if I remember)

The housekeeping staff was super friendly too.

Def a nice hotel that is comfortable and different.

This was my 3rd time in the hotel. Great hotel, very nice old school nyc vibe. The staff was fantastic, especially Nicole and Phillipe at the front desk. I was upgraded to a lovely room and Phillipe went above and beyond to find a solution to a small issue I highlighted. I’ll be back the fourth time! :)

Location is near to Central Park on the east side with several places of interest within walking distance from the Hotel. Expect good customer service and quality food and drink from the restaurant bar in the lobby. Rooms Are small ,however adequate as this is an historic building with notable guest. Definitely recommend this hotel, part of the Marriott group .

Location is perfect, off busy Lexington with the entry at 48th Street.

Forget, 28/29 floors. Rooms facing the back are QUIET. Can’t bear street.

Rooms are unique & pretty.
Pillows were actually 2 firm & 2 soft.
Full gym on the lower level, big & spacious.

Walking distance to Grand Central Station.
Easy access from LGA.

Breakfast in The Stayton is buffet with hot/cold options. Lots of space.

My friends and I visited this location to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived we were assisted/checked in by Nicole at the front desk. From the greeting, Nicole was so welcoming, professional, friendly and efficient! She was able to get us checked in, made incredible suggestions and even informed us about the resort credits that CERTAINLY came in handy to grab a cocktail after a long day of traveling. The rooms were nice sized, clean and had great views. That evening, the female bartender was super nice. We got in really late and spoke with Celeste and Kaylin on the overnight crew who were very friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. The next day, Nicole and Nurat expeditiously and satisfactorily resolved an issue we had. I can't thank them enough for making sure that we were comfortable, accommodated and happy with the rest of our stay. The hotel has a super swanky lounge downstairs that opens at 5 and we visited everyday of our stay. In case you'd like to have a little bubbly before the lounge opens, they have a Moet vending machine. Talk about luxury. The bell staff was also very friendly, accommodating and made you feel safe. The hotel was perfectly situated and with a few steps out of the front doors, you could find premium shopping, convenience stores, restaurants, entertainment and public transportation. I will certainly be staying again on my next visit. Thank you again Nicole for everything!

Phenomenal property and location. I was welcomed warmly in the lobby and the rooms were very satisfactory. At one point an extra towel was needed and our housekeeper Sofia (or Sophia) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for anyone visiting the city.

Excellent location, service and bar...it is a historic hotel and the rooms are very nice but don't expect Dubai. It is always a very solid choice.

Completely different experience than I had at the Sheridan Times Square. The staff at the check-in desk were quite friendly. Without being prompted the front desk clerk told me to take as many bottles of water as I wanted. I felt bad for the gentleman that I just left at the Sheridan.

The a/c in our room wasn't the best, but the water pressure in the shower was amazing! The mattress was a bit firm for my taste but I know lots of people like that.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I read several reviews prior to coming, and I was worried. But the staff was lovely - even upon a very late night check in. Our room was great - and clean - and the location cannot be beat. We will look forward to returning, and will also tell our friends!

The lobby is lovely and location great, but the rooms themselves are slightly dated. There’s a nice bar area there too, and a fun detail of a Moët vending machine.

The gentlemen by the front door are incredibly friendly and make the guests feel very welcome.

The front desk employees were almost all polite and friendly , but one woman was somewhat rude.

Great stay! Nicole and honestly all the staff were superb. Nice location walking distance to fifth avenue and Times Square. It was not a “Ritz Carlton” but honestly some of the best hotels are not the branded ones. Great service and amenities. Lots of things were included and offered including bikes and a fitness center. There was also a connecting Starbucks. The bar was a nice touch and the big pretty lobby. The rooms are spacious enough. I would recommend taking a tiny bit of room space for the bathroom in the future. I was very comfortable here. The rooms don’t hold noise very well but that’s expected in New York there’s noise everywhere haha. This is definitely my go to hotel in New York.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! I cannot say enough amazing things about the vibe, the hotel bar, and that LOCATION is everything.

A big thank you to Randy and Kelvin for their help making the stay a special one. Randy was personable and kind. Their desk team was equally as warm and inviting. We got upgraded and staff continued to make sure our stay was everything it could be.

Thank you Lexington Hotel for you accommodations. Shall I dare advise you to splurge and upgrade to any room with a balcony…Divine!
