This is lovely but busy H&M! It is well stocked and Always tidy, they have a lot of check outs so there is not a lot of wait time. The return process is very easy but at the moment they don’t give gift cards for exchanges I think you get your money back or find an equivalent.

If you become an h&m member with an email ID in store, you get an extra 10% discount on your first purchase with that email ID.

Good number of fashionable options at a great location with 4 floors of clothing and accessories at prices that are very friendly to the pocket.

You can also pick up online orders here which is quite convenient if you know your sizes. They also have a 30 day return window.

I have always enjoyed coming to this particular H&M store. It's in a fantastic location (right next to the subway entrance and exit). It's a huge space, with lots of open space and great lighting. I shopped at this H&M many times pre-pandemic and it was always well organized clean and very well stocked-- this still seems to be the case now.
The only concern I've had in the past is that the wait for the cashiers and the changing room was rather long--but even then it was a relatively positive be experience.

This store has all the nicest clothes, very trendy and organized. The store is very different then any other H&M I've been to, it's very spacious. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful the female cashier were extremely pleasant....

Always the best place for inexpensive clothes and great deals!!! This time I checked the maternity department on the third floor and they had so many good items on sale!!! I got 4 pants and 2 sweaters for $60!!! Considering you won’t wear these clothes for long it is really perfect!!!
I also stopped by at the kid’s section...omg...just overwhelming with so many cute and super funny outfits! I will definitely come back!!! And I did already lol
Only remark about not having a preferential lane for pregnant women...

I’ve been to this H&M several times and I’m always able to find cute things. It can get crowded but never too bad or overwhelming. I was inclined to write this review today because Sandra was our cashier and she was such a delight. You don’t encounter many workers in retail who are genuinely happy, and actually excited to check you out lol. Sandra however, was so happy and ready to start a conversation.

Had the opportunity to see security remain calm and professional while being confronted by a menacing man who snatched an empty bag from cash register area. He caused a commotion all the way to the exit and on his way out, harked up a large quantity of sputum, spitting it directly in the face of your brave security guard. Unfortunately, I also was in the line of fire.

I felt unsafe, knowing that in just a brief moment, such as this, someone could have been hurt or, worse. We see examples of random acts of violence every day in this city. Please consider budgeting in P.D. as part of your security team to protect your security, and of course, your customers!!

The lines are almost always long. By all means, if you got the time, stop by. They have the best selection and a home goods department.

The clothing options were pretty good. More options than most locations. The customer service could be a bit better.

H&M has the zebra tee shirts for 9.99 greatest price EVER! I always check out there sale section, the prices encourages me to expand my style peripherals.

World’s largest H&M, right on Herald Square. This H&M displays everything the brand carries, including home goods. Decent sales and plenty of space even when busy.

I love this H&M in the early morning hours. The stuff is very nice. The collection is beautiful and the store itself.

Cashier was personable and friendly. Great selection and sales. 2 adult pants, 2 maternity shirts, 1 adult pj set, 3 newborn outfits, socks and bibs.... $135!!!! Need I say more?!

You will definitely find anything you are looking for at this store. Prices are reasonable and the selection is endless. This store has 4 beautiful levels!!!
