I never knew that this place existed! They had a sign out the other day that said they do all shipments from FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. I literally had no idea, but I am so happy they had that sign out! So much easier for me to go here for all of my shipments versus going to other locations. Owner seemed really friendly and nice. Will be back!

Lou and his staff are friendly, professional and courteous. I've had a Virtual Mailbox for several years and am extremely happy with it. The service was good, but it was really expensive. I shipped a Nintendo 3DS game to Jacksonville, NC and it cost me $8! As I said before the guy helping me was friendly and helpful enough, but I feel that the Post Office would have been much cheaper.

For starters, very rude employees. Also, very frustrating when I schedule a pickup and the store isn't even open even though it says online and on the door that they open at 9am. No note with a reason. Just closed. Very inconvenient and frustrating for me.

Quality of copies was fine and price reasonable. My two complaints though.... One, I am physically in the store and you're helping me and you interrupt to answer the phone and take a few minutes while I stand there awkwardly. Two, one of the things I needed copies of was my birth certificate. While another document was being copied the guy very obviously read the entire thing! I asked him "something wrong with it?" He did not respond but continued to read it over. Very creepy and felt like a personal intrusion. Will not go back there, ever.

The worst 5 seconds of customer service. Rather go to FedEx. Thanks but no thanks.
