My favorite store in the neighborhood: a large choice of products, peaceful vibes, well decorated and it smells amazing. Customer service is top notch :
They offer a cup of tea to welcome you and a treat for your dog. Employees are very helpful & friendly.
My favorite item: the screaming goat which is very funny.

This is honestly one of my favorite stores in the world! It’s an “at home” feeling when you walk in, from the friendly staff and even down to the smell! We buy all our birthday and Christmas gifts from here. You find me a store that offers complimentary gift wrapping that looks like this. Erica A and Dennya are so sweet when we come in. Also, the owner always connects with us when we visit, which really just sets the vibes.

I recently purchased Christmas gifts for my coworkers here. They have a lovely selection and their staff is super sweet and helpful. They even complimentary wrapped my gifts for me. Nice touch! Support this local business. P.S. the floral store next door could learn from this business. They weren’t very helpful. This store on the other hand was.

Visited last Thursday and loved the selection of gifts! As a frequent gift buyer I often see the same merchandise in very store. Not so with Urban Owl! WOW! They had a FANTASTIC selection... something for everyone (kids, adults, teens) and at every price point...from kitsch like motel style plastic key chains to sweet unique books I had never seen before. We purchased a little book about cheese and were delighted by the gift wrap! Wish I would have thought to take a photo before we gifted it! Super cute complete with gift tag! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing shop...stop by for a treat or two! 💕

Urban Owl is the perfect place to get a gift for someone. They literally have something for everyone in your family, social group and work peers. Every time I walk in there are new beautiful products for me to chose from. The staff is amazing as well as the owner. I can’t believe someone would write a bad review about sanitizing their filthy hands it’s really unnecessary. This store is so cute and yes there are thousands of items that guess what you most likely touch and pick up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s full of gifts, jewelry, books, plants, and other fine goods. I took my children in there this past weekend and they had their hands on everything. If you do not want to come in with clean hands then go to Walmart because most people do not want to be around you anyways with the negative attitude.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this store. I stumbled upon it after being treated horribly at the store next door and I glad I did.
The customer service was great. They helped me by holding my bigger items at the front of the store and had them wrapped when I was ready to check out. They gave me info about the products I was purchasing.
I will be back when I am on the hunt for candles, cards, and other trinkets :)

I love the selection of goods here. Candles, incense, reed diffusers, jewelry, home goods, pet goods, and even a section for men's stuff. The items I see in this shop I don't tend to find elsewhere.
