I ended up needing to return an item. The cashier said the item was not in the system. I went and found the exact item i had purchased only days before. The cashier did return the item for me. She didn't want to but she did. I appreciate her doing so. I realize she was only doing her job. I just wanted to say thanks for not making it a big deal and letting me return the item. Everyone working was helpful and friendly.

Great craft store for all your needs. I like all the choices there and all the colors available. Just endless ideas. Great place to go just even to look around! There's always something there you can buy add competitive, very competitive prices. I really fun place to go. Thank you

Pretty good selection of supplies at this location! Very organized. Lots of sales going usually, plus you can go online to see if there are any coupons as well. The staff were very helpful when I was looking for items & asking questions!

Love the store - easy and convenient pick up location. Nice staff members, clean, could use more variety in options - I feel like t shirts are always low in stock, especially for larger sizes.

Had a blast making this piece. Most my materials were picked up here. Enjoy the atmosphere, quite a bit of stock in the aisles, just to be warned. Friendly and helpful staff.

The employees are very helpful and always polite and nice. The store is clean and organized. If they don't have something they'll help you find it.

Very clean store. Most times they have my pickup orders ready quickly. However the app may say they don't have something in stock when they actually do.

Had 2 picturse custom matted. Ga helper at frame deskl was fab w her help we got an outstanding present.

The people working there are very helpful and knowledgeable of there products. Sometimes they have wonderful sell that makes things seem like a steal of a deal. Prices on jewelry can be a much but over all great place.

Special thanks to Heather in the framing dept for making a custom photo mat for my XL Frida print. It really looks good in the thrifted frame :) stellar service and I'm so happy with how it turned out!

I cannot express enough, my happiness with Heather in the framing department at Michael's. She is patient and helpful, as I do not have a natural eye for framing. The end result is always amazing. I highly recommend her for any framing needs.

Great inventory selection. Always well stocked with card stock, cricut equipment and supplies. Great selection of Siser vinyl and gildan shirts and hoodies for the DIY'er. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is setup and easy to navigate. Well be back.
