Super helpful. My phone froze and wouldn't do anything. I called and they walked me through my options and even though I got there about 12 minutes before closing they helped me out. Two thumbs up!!

Out of the three T-Mobile stores I've been to, this one is BY FAR the best one. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions with sincere honesty, patience, and if they weren't 100% sure....they called someone to make sure I had the correct answer. They told me that it was an easy transition from my previous provider and that it wouldn't take long. And they weren't kidding!! I will ALWAYS go back to this store for all of my T-Mobile needs!!

Made the switch from Verizon. Adam and Montana were great to work with and I walked out of the store spending $0.00 with a monthly bill that will be $120 cheaper with their Magenta Max plan. Will recommend to friends.

Adam is A1 .. I'm a sprint customer, but I had a few questions. He is very customer service oriented and respectful. Great guy with alot of knowledge about the phones.
