The phone system is terrible if you want to try and connect to the pharmacy. I just tried two times - waded through the prompts only to be hung-up on before I got anyone. I guess I will have to drive over there to find out my prescription status (prompt didn't help here either) - probably to find out it isn't ready or on back order or something. Ugh

Rude, unprofessional, demeaning….
Called asking about vaccinations. Was told it’s best to make an appointment, but, even if I had an appointment, I would have to wait if they were slammed. I questioned why I needed an appointment if I was going to have to wait in line and was told to “just show up and wait in line with other customers.” Soooooo rude! Guess CVS is really hard up hiring just anybody to answer the phone and yell at customers. Walgreens, here we come!

Don’t go to this location for refills, 2 weeks to try to refill a critical medication, told us to get it refilled at a competitor. Gave us several excuses regarding ordering the medication from their local distribution center.

Sierra in pharmacy was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Called days ago to get a pre-made prescription filled and was not ready because they have been “slammed” with costumers. Told them multiple days ago my elderly grandmother needed her medicine and came days later and it still wasn’t ready. Called hours before and they said to come in a little while and still wasn’t ready. Then when head pharmacist assisted us, the bottle was ready in seconds. Asked why we didn’t pull up to the window and when we said “We wanted to keep our distance and not be up in the same window that covid tests are taken in” and she proceeded to say, “Well it would’ve been a lot easier” and laughed. She threw both the bottle and our credit card in the bag and put it in the machine that delivers it to you, upside down. All the medicine and card fell out onto the ground. Sierra is not someone who needs to be working in pharmacy or she needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe both.

Had a horrible experience at the store after asking for change. I left so disgusted that I called the 800 number (which I never do), and still to this day have never heard anything. This location used to be my go-to convenience store, but I will never set in foot in it again after the way I was treated by one of the managers for asking for change. I'll just go to Kroger across the street. I never had an issue in that store before after living here for almost seven years until that day (03/18/2018).

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! Three times now I’ve given more than three days to prep a prescription and it’s not ready but could be ready in 20 minutes. One time I called to confirm it was ready drove all the way there on hold only to see not one pharmacy employee on the phone. Just refusing to answer it. Needless to say prescriptions were not ready

Ordered pictures then waited only to find out printer is not working. Thanks for the notice.
