Dunkin'

This was on a busy Sunday, and the staff was really working there hardest, but customer service is customer service. 1 suggestion morning meeting to make sure everyone knows what they are doing so when the rush comes your staff isn't getting chewed out and making it harder to perform.

Hats off to that Sunday morning staff in spite of the obstacles of more than one rude guest. A small appreciation gift to that group wouldn't be a bad idea. Especially knowing it's hard to find good help!

My visit at this location was a very pleasant one. The cashier was very nice. The inside was fairly clean and not too busy. I had ordered the sourdough sandwich and was going to take a picture of it later on after the airport but unfortunately I had to throw it away along with my large mint tea.

They were very nice and only took about five minute to get coffee and breakfast!

Service was friendly, ice coffee was awesome and donuts are the best. Even though line was long they was quick and worth the small wait.

Drive thru service was fast and friendly

I went through the drive thru on a Saturday morning. The line was short and it went quickly. I only got an iced coffee and doughnut but they were both very good. The cashier was friendly too.

I stopped for a coffee during a road trip and was attended by Jaden. He could not have been more pleasant and nice!!! He was super friendly and really brightened up our trip. Thank you, Jaden!!!

I ordered the new Raspberry Watermelon refresher today and it was SO good. Fast and friendly service too!

Great place! Atmosphere is great inside the store. But i have been approached by several people asking for money while I've gotten out of my vehicle. Just ignore them. They're mainly drug addicts or alcoholics. Love this DD store besides that. Greatly pleased with the staff and the quality if the food! If you haven't tried DD before. PLEASE DO!

I hope Jo is still working there.
She's the best employee I've encountered from all my visits the since that location became reality.
She's patient, positive and a joy to be around.
She worked with me on a large order of donut holes and didn't rush or wasn't pushy in any type way.
I'm craving a couple donuts right now. Hopefully I'll see her there

Love butter pecan hot coffee. Don't understand why lobby closes at 3pm.

I'd have to downgrade this particular restaurant after my latest visit. It seems that no one working there knew anything about making a good cup of coffee. Very slow service, mistakes along the way, and when we finally received our coffee selections, we basically ended up throwing it away.
I chalk it up to poor training, and it will likely be a while before we go back to this individual restaurant. We LOVE Dunkin! Most restaurants are not like this one.

OMG...I had one of those burritos in a cup breakfast thingies...to that deliciousness alone I give 5 starts. However, the staff was very friendly and patient taking my kids' orders. Great job!

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, this location is only offering drive-thru service at this time. The service was quick and efficient. The only feedback I have is more of a request. Can you please offer Apple Crumb donuts at least on a somewhat regular basis? They are by far the best donut Dunkin has to offer! :)

I came here to spend some dining time while my car was being serviced close by. The staff was friendly, worked well together and had the most pleasant attitude with everyone regardless of gender, color, nationality, single parents, family, law enforcement, and students. It's clean, I felt safe and just enjoyed the atmosphere. The saddest thing I witnessed was actually seeing a police officer in his bullet proof vest...tragic that such a device must even be worn.....the cutest event I witnessed was a family of both Dad and Mom, 3 toddlers, 1 young girl, and a Baby in Moms arms....one of the toddlers was so at ease he held onto his donut while proclaiming, "donuts for sale" .... just precious and humorous at the same time.....with so much negativity in our country Dunkin Donuts took me back to a place that truly showcases what is really important in Life....a place to eat, fellowship, and feel safe, all at great prices and delicious tasting food.....oh, and thanks to the young lady who honored me as a Veteran and applied a discount....it just was a wonderful visit!!!!!

I’m from Illinois and I’m Hispanic, so I get uncomfortable around white people because in the world we live in. Once I walked in i felt safe, seeing a diverse of customers and staff. The morning staff were so nice to me. Keep up the good work !

I have been coming here quite a while and it has improved greatly from what it was 2 years ago. I now always have a great experience here, my drink is always correct, and done quickly.

We were in a school bus and it was 6am. Drive thru only was open and management came out and let us know they knew we couldnt take bus though drive thru and they were more than happy to assist us as a walk up. Staff went above and beyond for us. It was much appreciated!!

I’m Updating my previous post and giving them 5 stars when I originally gave them 1. Idk what changed but the staff has been kinder, the coffee is better, and the service has been phenomenal. They deserve these 5 stars
