I can not describe how pleased I was with the store associates on this visit. I was personally assisted at the return counter when attempting to locate a missing receipt. The associate (wearing purple jacket) carried my merchandise to and from the receipt kiosk, and scanned it, to locate and print the receipt needed for the return. Then at checkout, the cashier kindly also loaded my cart. Kudos to the management for their staff selection, and to these associates. May explain why the parking lot was full.

I had a really good time. The dance floor could be a bit bigger, but the tools have to go somewhere. Good beats, good eats and good construction equipment. Come for the hammers, stay for the chocolate fountain!

It has always been easy to find the product items I want. The employees are customer focus & friendly, and shows how much they are by being customer friendly. If it's not their department they are assigned to. They will go out of their way to assist you or find someone that works in the area of assignment!!!

Wow, what a blessing a guy in the yard actually stopped me and asked me if I needed some help. I was shocked yet relieved because I did need his help. Shouts out to the Menards yard crew. Great job

I hate the two separate entrances. I'm jus t lazy, but still.... Its a bit excessive.

Love the store in general Emanuel was an amazing help. I was able to get my deep freezer. Only sad part was they did not carry guinea pig food. But i got what i came for plus some other goodies. I found pickled Brussels sprouts omg cant wait to find. I cant wait to go back the store makes me want to build something lol i just love it there. I also found the shelf i been looking for everywhere. Only thing was it was in black but thats ok. Can't wait to go back. I really want to try their frozen pizza it looked so amazing 🤤🤤🤤🤤

They have the best seasonal inventory especially the Christmas season. Made Walmart look like a joke.

This place puts Lowe’s and Home Depot to shame! I love shopping here!

Thought the staff was fantastic, employees were able to answer all my questions, direct me where I needed to go, wish there were more stores like this one.

horrible experience. bought a lawn mower, to be fair my dumb self put it together and filled it with gas before noticing one of the wheel axels was all bent. called this menards, which i bought it from, and the customer service lady said as long as i dump out the gas i could return no issue. well was not the case, to be fair they do have in the fine print that they don’t accept returns/exchanges after it’s been filled with gas. they were super unhelpful altogether and i’ll never go back again. now it’s on me to get with the manufacturer to try to get it fixed or exchanged. if i could give this store 0 stars i would. out $300 now never again my experience was horrific at this location

UPDATE: Shoutout to Mike Thomas/the GM. He let me exchange my mower for a new one and was really cool about it. Thank you guys!!!

This wouldn’t be the place I would think would be good for contractors. I would not buy cabinets or large amounts of paint etc. What I will say is that this place is for the DIY hobbyists who like to tinker in garage, storage shed, or storage unit. Menards is great for storage bins, shelving systems, hardware and definitely wood. Several sizes of plywood that can fit in a 4 door sedan. The brand of plastic bins carried is Quatum and they make them here in the USA. This particular Menards carries a great selection if properly stocked. I just get a chuckle every time I enter here and see onsite security guard. No other Menards in Indianapolis has a security guard in front entrance. But then again, this is the only Menards located in a ghetto. Oh well, still come for selection.

Adrian was a great help with assisting with instructions on laying my inside/outside carpet!

I went there to purchase a lawn mower and right off an associate helped me locate them. I'm a petite older lady and two associates helped me load the mower on the cart. Had no problems with getting Darrian to help me out to my car. I'd have to say Darrian was a wonderful example of an employee. He was polite, quite fun to talk with and was very mindful of my car when loading the mower. Thank you Darrian!!

Jessica, Bre, and Alisha (I believe that's her name) at the Customer Service desk went above and beyond to help me rent a truck and return some items. We had some laughs and got everything done efficiently. A very enjoyable experience.

Excellent customer service. We did a pick up order. We had to be checked in at the lumber yard. The gate guy was super friendly, informative and efficient. We pulled up to spot #1 to get our order. Called the number, gave our order #, and the young gentleman came out withing 2 minutes with our stuff. Super fast, super friendly, super efficient.

Fyi. This was my first visit. Had my contractor send me quote for supplies.

I asked employee at front desk where to go to pay and schedule delivery. However, the store is beyond huge. I got lost.

Another employee guided me to service desk in building materials. We scheduled my delivery with detailed instructions for drop off. They were very attentive.

I was then sent to check out to pay?

For someone on time constitutes allow sufficient time frame. Maybe 20 minutes more than you are mentally planning in order to locate what you need. The check out line moved quickly.

I had a very pleasant experience. Employees greeted me, i received assistance very quickly, and was out in less than 10-15 minutes! Will go back again. They do require a mask to shop..keep that in mind.

Whenever I come to this store, I always find helpful people who get me the things I came for. Even when I don't exactly know what I need, it's the perfect item when I get it home.
