Dropped in here for an early Friday night dinner because we know it’s delicious.

This location lived up to the expectations of wonderfulness in PleasureTown and I definitely recommend you make a stop.

They were incredibly fast on getting our order to a probably under three minutes which I think is a new record.

One for the soup and sandwich the cheese broccoli soup is always a winner and my turkey bacon avocado was delicious in every way.

They can make one recommendation would be that the subs world warmed instead of cold but other than that I would say that this is definitely a double thumbs up and I highly recommend it on your travels

So CLEAN, so COZY,, so INVITING, employees ATTENTIVE to customers, Holiday decorations an inventive way to mark social distancing.
SCREEN indicates whether your order is ready or not-no guessing.

More drinks to choose from at the beverage center than other locations (see pic)
Pastries plentiful and looked fresh even at 7pm.

As soon as you walk in, the open space and lay out makes me glad I got over the fact they didn't have a drive thru and went inside.

Good food, friendly people and reasonable prices. I recommend Panera, especially 56th and Post in Indianapolis

One of the best restaurants in existence... Panera. It is good quality and tastes even better than you'd expect. It's somewhat expensive though, at least when you compare it to Arby's, which is very close to this particular Panera. Sandwiches at Panera are incredible quality though, from the way the meat is cooked to the texture and taste of the bread. I got a side of bread too, which was not the greatest choice... would be a good choice if I had ordered a soup though. The bread (as a side) is somewhat hard on the edges, which is by design. You either like that or you don't - I mean they also offered an apple or chips as a side. When I was sick one time, my fiancée picked up some chicken soup for me from Panera, and it was amazing. They have lots of varieties, not just chicken, but it's the classic "I am sick" food. The prices are too high for me to buy a whole sandwich and a whole soup - most people would buy the half sandwich + small soup combo, as it is likely the most common menu option here - but I just choose one or the other because whatever you get is too good to only have a small amount! If you're really wanting to splurge though, get a whole sandwich and whole soup, and go for one of those awesome drinks too. They make all these fancy teas and lemonades and such. They have lots of coffee options as well, but I prefer tea, so I've yet to try it. Really it's hard to go wrong with Panera, other than if you were wanting to go all the time, in which case you'd be spending all your money eating here instead of Arby's. I only go like once every 4 months though, which keeps it affordable as a lunch option and keeps it awesome.

Horrible, Horrible customer service. I waited for approximately 15 minutes in line with only one customer in front of me. I also waited an additional 5 minutes for the cashier to retrieve bagel and cream cheese from the back and change the coffee or tea dispenser. While waiting for the cashier, the manager walks up, looks, and walks away. He failed to greet, offer assistance, or wish me a Happy Mother's Day. By the time I was waited on, all three of the Soufflés were gone. The cashier attempted to tell me that they had been out. I corrected her and stated that while I was waiting, they were being ordered and packaged for other customers. It was approximately 9:45am and they didn't have any additional Soufflés made or offer to make additional Soufflés. They discontinue being served around 11 am. I'm a long-time customer, and I live close by. I'll travel further for better service.

I haven't been to Panera in a couple of years and I was very pleasantly surprised. The menu seems to have expanded they have a new chicken sandwich which is very tasty. Myself and my kids each got a pic too and we all got what we want and we were all very satisfied. I also got a chocolate brownie which was delicious, the service was good, and I will be back.

No avacado's on last two visits though it's suppose to be on several items. They still charged the same amount. Very disappointed

Absolutely perfect. It took me longer to place my order (while sitting in the parking lot mind you) than to recieve it. Literally we placed the order, waited for someone who was not doing curbside to pull out of the designated parking, turned around and pulled into the curbside area and the lady walked out with our food. WOW! Everything was very flavorful! I love their tomato soup. Today was my first time trying the Napa Almond Chicken Salad and it was also delightful. Very impressed!
