I have always shopped at Lowe’s since I moved to Cincinnati. The staff are helpful. I also feel the quality of their products are much better than their competitor about 1.5 miles away.

Lowes in general is best big box hardware store. After stopping at another retailer I noticed how clean and organized the store was. Overall It was nice to feel like I did not have to organize there shelves or search for things.

A couple of weeks back, I had a plumbing nightmare in my home. My old water softener released millions of tiny resin pellets into the plumbing of my home. Every faucet and toilet were blocked and not a single drop of water would flow. I’m not a plumber and had minimal plumbing experience before this event. I stopped by the plumbing department at Lowe’s on Mason Montgomery Road. I spoke with Matt and Keith about my problem and they gave great guidance and encouragement. Over the next six days, I stopped by the store and talked to these guys multiple times on topics ranging from draining and flushing the hot water heater, replacing valves, replacing toilet internals, dismantling the kitchen faucet, and flushing the pipes. Because of their support, I corrected the nightmarish problem without calling a plumber and saved thousands of dollars. Both of these guys know a ton about plumbing and take the times to explain all the details. They said multiple times, “I’m hear until so-and-so, stop back if you need me.” I can’t thank them enough!

They were so kind to my dog. She was given lots of pets and treats. She loves to visit places with Momma

This lowes is absolutely always friendly in the morning 🥰 Greeted with good mornings’ when I enter the doors. I headed to the floral department, that staff is always eager to help me with a different look of flowers that I’m looking for.Also they’re very knowledgeable of the different plants and they share their own experience, it’s a pleasure shopping at Lowe’s.On this particular day I had a pick up of an appliance and the young man named Hunter was so happy to help me, it made my day. This particular store is one of my favorite ones to go to. Sometimes I'll go to that store three times a day after going to different customers homes and then coming back to pick up items that they need. Every time I go in there. I always have the help ofb Mike Sarah, Ashley Troy, Kurt, Brenda Don Kent Josh, Riley, Sheila, Steven, David, Ben and that's just the name of you. These guys stand out above and beyond the rest of the stores and the entire Cincinnati area. They make sure to be personal with you. They always come to help me every time I come in. No matter how big of project or how small the project I'm working on, they give me quality time of day and when the manufacturers of the products that we order don't seem to show up they do their best to try to make things right so I commend them for a job well done. Stopped in to pick up a few things for a site visit. They had everything I expected and the friendly staff directed me to the requested items- a small hand saw and wood glue. Would definitely shop there again. If you found this review helpful please click like.

The worker at the self checkout was wonderful he gave my wife a compliment she was so happy that she was happy all week

We found the item we wanted to purchase in the Milford location, but they only had the installed model. We checked online at this Mason location, saw they had the item in stock. We made the online purchase with request for pickup, and before we were on the road for 10 minutes, they told us it was ready. We arrived 10 minutes later, checked in, and the brought it to our vehicle in under 5 minutes. Well done!

Very friendly staff. The visit was quick. Went for plants. There are so many good choices. Prices are okay for some, and not so much for others. It just depends on what you want. However, they have quite the selection right now. I will be going back this coming week for more.

It's a Big Box Store, great parking. The customer service is excellent here. I buy my landscaping stuff here. The selection is good and in stock. It pays to shop around when looking for high $ tools. Lowe's has the lowest prices.

The employees were very helpful there were a few that help me with what I was looking for and two that stuck out and went above and beyond. I have a son with down syndrome he's not the easiest to take to stores / restaurants etc and they treated I'm so good they were so understanding. As one of the employees was trying to help me another came over and was talking to my son gave him a toy it was just all around a great experience.

Nice garden center. We were their for perennials and they a great selection of flowers and shurbs.

We went in for some plumbing parts. I wasn’t aware that in the back of the store they have “mark downs”. I saw a washing machine that looked perfect and we could use one so I found a gentleman to help us. He was beyond knowledgeable and so willing to help! I asked if they’d consider dropping the price any more than what the sticker read, not something I would normally do but I thought “why not”. He was very resourceful and tracked down the manager very quickly. Much to our surprise, the manager knocked down a few hundred dollars!! I’m sure this was an exceptional case and we just got lucky bc they wanted to get rid of inventory, but nonetheless, what a great deal! Even without the discount, I would happily return to this location over their competitors based on the immediate and wonderful “above and beyond” service we received.

Very clean store, mostly stocked, friendly staff. Great experience will return. Bought cheistmas lights (icecicle) the large box (300 light) was sold out so i had to buy 3 100 light boxes for about 6$ more not the end of thw world, in the long run may only have to replace on strand instead of all 30ft. Also bought retaining wall stones great selection all in stock.

Picked up a replacement clothes dryer. Delivery is scheduled because they have a backlog.
