I like how they give convenience to everyone.

I've lived around the Chatsworth area my whole life & have never had an issue regarding customer interaction. Neighboring stores are pleasant & respectable. Although as of July 1st 2023. I've never had so much disrespect towards my 2 kids & I.

We visited the location to redeem 3 promotional products we got on the 711 app.
The cashier, an older male wouldn't let me redeem it at first. Even ridiculed as to how it wasn't valid when I received confirmation from customer support earlier that day that it was.

This situation continued until he raised his voice & started yelling at me. Even directing argument towards my kids, who were already very scared of what was happening.

I'm disgusted at this behavior & will no longer be providing business to this branch.

The guy that works overnight always tries to start fights with people. He yells at people for no reason. I go in here all the time and I've seen him yell at many customers. I've also witnessed many people stealing and he has no idea, I tell him but he just doesn't understand a word your saying. I wonder how much money the owners are losing. He should be retired not working an overnight shift at 7 eleven.

I'm a regular there for 5years . All the employees know me and respect me .
The old "lady" Indian who is I think the wife of the owner is super rude and impolite . She should be ashamed of her self cuz I and people like me run her business . I go there every single day . She even sometimes tell me not to touch stuff !!! So super rude . All the employees are amazing and friendly . She will get her karma . And just know that customers run business and if u lose them u have no business .

Rude rude rude. The staff at 9:40pm Nov ,4th 2015 felt that their conversation at full volume was more important than serving a customer standing at the counter. They spoke to me with absolute resentment as if I was an inconceivable to them. I think I will just go to the 7-Eleven just down the road next time.
Hopefully that one won't smell like smoke like this one. ..

Do not go here poor customer service and the old guy working here has a bad attitude, he had already scanned my items and I asked for a scratcher and he refused talking about I need to re scanned and just non sense just save yourself the trouble you might even end up smacking the guy, you don’t want to do that there’s another 711 a block away better off going to that one on Lassen and desoto

I been here over 100 times buy stuff etc but today I was in area doing sale I really needed to used restroom so I ask kindly to used restroom he said not working ok no problem so I ask for nearest restroom he said " I told you my answer is no " wow I speak english fluently being born and raised in California anyways not racist but 7 eleven should start hiring more people who actually can speak English and understand

Don’t go to this 7-eleven I go there a lot and the employees are always rude it looks like they don’t sleep and they are lazy people that don’t want to help the customers
