Everyone here is really friendly and helpful, so don’t be afraid to ask for help! The manager was very patient and kind. The people at the register are really easy to talk to and are more than happy to help.

Lately I've been using oreillys and will not disappoint I picked up a radiator hose and a radiator from here they had it in stock and very friendly service would recommend to anyone

My t-bolt was missing from my battery fir 2017 Honda civic. When I walked, Erik was eager to help, very friendly and professional, and tested my car. He took extra steps and precaution to ensure my car was taken care of. He was very vocal about keeping updated with what he was doing and didn't mind that I stood to watch him. He was so very nice, knowledgeable, and honestly had the best customer service I have ever received at an auto ship. Didn't make me feel stupid because I am a woman. I just can't get over how kind, professional, and just down right awesome! I will forever come to this location! Thank you, Erik! I hope you get a raise!

I purchased rear windshield wipers at O'Reilly in Chatsworth a couple of months ago. And I just purchased front windshield wipers there today. It is such a great service that they install the wipers for you. It is included in the price of the wipers. The employees that install the wipers are so professional and do a great job!

Fred was very helpful and installed my wiper blades.
Not the most affordable option, but they had what I needed, and it was in stock.

The staff at this shop are very helpful, and friendly. Getting a battery tested here is quick. Great auto parts store for any general items you need. They also have a good selection of paint and body care products.

thank goodness I went to O'Reilly!! I was in need of a transmission filter and oil to replace on my truck. I met with a young lady by the name of Michelle. Michelle was happy to assist me with issue. she double checked the correct parts needed and even went to get them for me. I left O'Reilly feeling satisfied that I had made a great choice in doing business with O'Reilly. once again a big thanks to Michelle for all her hard work in finding my parts and getting my baby (my truck) back on the road.

This store is pretty clean. Product is well organized. They do practice covid-19 guidelines. They have green storage boxes and tape to add extra distance from the actual counter.

The employees there when I visited seemed professional. They tried to help everyone in the store. One employee approached me and asked if I needed help. whether it is their job or not, they still ask if you need help. I asked for a mass air sensor cleaner. The person knew exactly what I was looking for. Now most of the time I have seen where an employee points you to the general direction for what you need. He did take his time to take me and point out where the product was.

I needed to use the cleaner on MAF sensor and I asked if I can remove this piece from the car. They were cool about it. I guess as long as it is not work that you leave a mess on asphalt it's ok. I would still go inside and ask. Just to be on the safe side.

I also needed to buy a socket, but I was not sure if it was the right fit. I asked the employee behind the counter if it was cool to check fitment. It did and I came back in to make the purchase. I think that the only reason it was ok, the part I was checking was no more the ten bucks. This is also was to their discretion. So not because it was ok with me it should be done with everyone. I am sure not all employee do that. Just walked in at the right time.

The second time I was there similar experience as the first. This time around I actually ordered a part online. It was ready the next day at the estimated time mentioned online. The lady that helped followed protocol. She knew where the part was. She was polite, and had great customer service.

I would for sure go back for any needs when it comes to my vehicle. Many "Thanks" to the employees of O'reilly at this location.

Needed a light bulb change since my car had the light warning on, Came in and young woman Michelle helped me, I no nothing about cars, she was very knowledgeable with my car and replaced the bulb right away, she was very pleasant and professional would definitely return to the store.
