Vons

This is the single greatest grocery store in the valley, if not all of Los Angeles. There are just great vibes here, the store is always clean and well stocked. The store manager is awesome, and Brittany, Valerie and Veronica are amazing. The only complaint is for the person who orders the frozen pizza who absolutely refuses to stock the Tombstone pepperoni and sausage pizza, even though the one time they did order it they all flew off the shelves in two days. Puzzling? Indeed!

Vons is a Super Market and a great place to shop. They have quality products and many items are discounted for members. Membership is no additional cost to become a member. A Very clean and orderly store. I will travel out of my way to shop here knowing they are well stocked with products.

Today we picked up our cake from the wonderful bakery at Vons, looks great! I want to make sure that Gloria from the bakery gets credit for her outstanding customer service ♥she was very helpful, friendly and accommodating she went the extra mile to make sure my order was great.

Not to crowded for a Friday afternoon. I was in and out, Plenty of cashier's.

I first called to check on placing an order for a cake. Justin answered the phone and was so nice and helpful. I get there later in the afternoon, and Justin was still there. I was able to place the order for my nieces cake, and he got everything down perfect. I will post a pic of the cake once I pick it up. My niece is so excited! Thank you Justin!

On weekdays typically there is ample parking, great selection and a discount on many items with a Vons card. Everything seemed well stocked. Produce is fresh and well displayed. Clerk was friendly and helpful. They have a fair selection of vegetable based products I noticed.

The cashiers and staff at this store are very customer service oriented. They're nice and always helpful and pleasant as you go through the register line.

The woman that makes the flower arrangements is fantastic. She also does custom arrangements. Highly recommend using her.

I love this Vons. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The produce is fresh and the deli and bakery run well. The butcher is great and will cut meat to a specific size without a complaint. Parking can sometimes be difficult during peak hours and prices seem to be going up on basic necessities but that can be said about every store.

I love this store, reason being, because their customer service etiquette is wonderful! An older gentleman with gray hair helped me and he went out of his way to help me with questions that I had. ( My cashier) He even went to get their newspaper to fully explained some specials... which was important to me.

I love this store it's my favorite supermarket. I travel past many other markets to shop here. Really nice people working there and great selection of food. Thank you for all wearing masks and having your customers do so to to keep us all safe together!

*I went to Vons specifically to purchase a 10 bag of russet potatoes, which luckily were on sale for a good price.
*I also wanted to purchase a "brick" of 16.9 FL OZ bottled waters. Unfortunately none of the prices were reasonable...so I did not buy any.
*I wanted to get a loaf of French bread... Von's has a policy of offic earn bread between the hours of 4-7pm. If not warm, then your bread is free. Because it was 5:30pm and it was not warm, I did not have to pay. Unfortunately the last three times I was at Von's, the bread was not warm. Although I did receive the bread free of charge, I would have preferred it to be warm.

What can I say? The staff and even the blonde manager guy are all awesome! I just think the deli needs to step it up and make sure the hot foods are all out on the heat lamp. Romeo is only the best guy at the Deli and the $5 Friday Sushi Day is not bad at all!! Kudos to the kind gentleman that always prepares the sushi! He goes above and beyond as well!!

Great place to shop autho finding it hard to find everything I want without going to another store.

This store just finished remodeling and it is gorgeous. You can always count on a clean store,with well stocked shevles and great variety. Everyone at this Vons is super friendly and helpful. The team here really goes above and beyond to make their neighbors/customers feel welcome.

Went Shopping, had CALFRESH Cash ACCOUNT.45, had to use

Generally I hate shopping in the SFV. Living in Chatsworth affords me the opportunity of driving over the hill to Simi to complete most tasks. Which, due to the over population, and therefore heavy traffic at what seems all times of the day, everywhere you go in the valley, makes the extra 5 minute drive totally worth it. But I have actually been stopping by this Vons in the evening, closer toward closing, and found that it is quite pleasant. The staff is always super nice and helpful. Even the stockers are willing to set their stuff down and walk you to the products you're inquiring about. I work retail and know this is a pretty big deal. I did go to this shop during earlier hours (~6:30pm) recently and there was quite the line to check out. But it moved quickly and the cashier, even having been personally attacked by an angry anti-masker just before me, was still super friendly.

A line to end all lines... Had to shop between 5&6 pm today. Grabbed what I needed, then went to find a cashier line. But there was only one and due to covid requirements, it stretched across the front of the store all the way to the last aisle in the frozen section and back. This can't be right, I said. But how wrong was I. This Vons went old school during busy hour. One line formed, next cashier available gets the next customer available, with a dedicated sign telling you which aisle to go to. Brilliant! The line flowed quickly, smoothly and without a hitch. I wish all supermarkets would utilize this strategy during high demand times. Plus you get to see who the A players are. I got Aisle # 7, as did the person before me and the person before him. And it's not like the two people ahead of me only has one or two items. My cashier was just on point. Glad to see that their are managers out there willing to try different approaches to tackle their problems. I left knowing that there was no way possible I could have left that store sooner, without stressing about which line to pick. BRAVO VONS.

I swear. I must've just hit the jackpot today. Every interaction I had today was exceptionally friendly, productive, and genuine. Feels like o e of those days I should have bought lotto. I dealt with 4 knowledgeable genuinely caring people there today. What a delight.

Chatsworth Vons is our favorite grocery store in the valley and we’re excited about the addition of DriveUp&Go service! We used it for the first time today and it was super easy and convenient. The order was perfect and the items were packaged with care. The sevice during pick-up was wonderful. We highly recommend it and hope the store keeps it for a long time to come!
