Kinney’s Tire & Auto Service

I had my first experience with Kinney’s Tire and Auto Service today, and I was very impressed. The staff, Will, Alex and Wes were exceptional. Very professional, the process was very smooth and expedient. I will definitely be back if need be, I will also share this info with friends and family.

Wes is an amazing asset to the team at Kinney's. I've been using Kinney's Auto for over 10 years. Would not have considered taking my vehicle's anywhere else. Kinney ALWAYS made sure his customers were happy and ANY issues resolved immediately. After his departure I started to see a decline in quality of work and customer service. I started to look for another auto repair service, but decided to give them 1 more try. I am glad I did. I was able to get the same great service from Wes that I've been accustomed to receiving from Kinney. Wes was very concerned that I was satisfied with my service AND a happy customer. Thank you Wes! You saved a customer and restored my faith in Kinney's Auto Service.

Just wanted to say the folks at Kinney’s really do good work. I asked for a morning appointment because of my job. My vehicle is older and since parts had to be ordered they gave me a ride to my job. I was updated through the process and my main problem was addressed and they also caught something else in the process saving me money down the road. They guarantee all of their work and provide paperwork. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here going forward knowing they are transparent and will work with your schedule. 😀

This is hands down the best place for any of your car needs! I spoke to both Alex and Wes they were so very helpful! When I came i dealt with Will and he was a ray of sunshine! So so helpful even explaining to me what and why they are doing what they do!!I love the people here and everything they do! Keep up the good work & smiles boys !

Mechanics don’t always get it right the first time. I took my RAM Dually in for front end work and alignment, but had to return it for some tweaking to the original repairs, which resolved the problem. What could have been a 3 star review, elevated to a 5 star review because of the level of exemplary customer service I received from Will (the service rep) and Luis (the tech who performed the repairs). They listened carefully to my concerns and acted swiftly to resolve the problem without trying to upsell or argue the point. We all make mistakes. How we correct them is the key to customer service.

Alex and Wes were very helpful. I had my alternator fixed and I will definitely be going back to do my tires. They didn't try to upsell me and they were fair and honest. Thanks for all your help!

Kinney's is by far the best auto service in the area. Wes the manager is not only very professional but cares about customers. They exceeded my expectations, fixed my truck on time and were able to fix all issues.

I love this place, I've been going there for years! Even took my mother's car there when she was alive. They're honest, extremely helpful & no charge sometimes if it's a quick fix! Extremely he)lpful! 5 Star's in my book!

Service was very quick and easy. Was called just 30 minutes after dropping off my vehicle by Will Heilemann who was very thorough in explaining the issues needing repaired. Vehicle was ready for pick up in just a few short hours. 5/5 stars!

Auto check for me. My Nissan is eight years old and I fully expected them to try to upsell me on several items. Didn’t happen. Made a Couple of recommendations on things that would be needed in the next several months most likely. Will was an absolute Jewel in helping me out. I couldn’t be happier with his honesty and efficiency.

I could not be more pleased with this shop. They have always done stellar work at fair prices. The staff is friendly, and the mechanics are more than capable. Today, they did some minor work on my car, but they have also serviced my RV in the past. There isn’t anything these folks cannot do, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I have taken a few cars to Kinneys over the last couple years. These guys are honest, friendly, and thorough. They stand behind their work completely, and without question. Without getting into details I'll tell you- they have worked some pretty complex issues with my newest rig and I never doubted that when I took the truck to them- the issues would be fixed. They held up their end of the bargain.

I had brought my car in to get my transmission repaired after being told that it would be difficult at best and most likely would require a replacement. Long story short they got to repair done but unfortunately the car started acting up again a few weeks after I've been there. I contacted the shop again with my issues and I was personally taken care of by Kinney who was very knowledgeable, understanding and got me squared away. My car is running great now and I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the service from the shop and the care. Everyone was very nice along the way. I would highly recommend these guys!

I chose Kinney's because they work on hybrids, and so many shops say they do not. The reviews on Google led me to believe that the folks there are honest and have integrity. I had what my oil change shop called a possible transmission leak, but they could not see any source for the leak. At Kinney's, Rich got it on the rack and assured me that there was no leak except from the oil filter that had just been changed! I also wondered if the coolant system needed flushing or the transmission fluid serviced even though that wasn't due for another 25K. Rich checked both fluids and said they were fine and no service was needed.
The only recommendation was for a fuel injector flush and clean, as my mpg had dropped from about 37 to 32 recently. They did that while I waited. Today, a day later, my mileage is 38 mpg--almost the max possible for the car! GREAT SERVICE, HONESTY, and KNOWLEDGE.
Highly recommended! I will return when I have any problem.

You guys had already come highly recommended. But coming in for the first time was a great experience. Your staff are all very nice and professional, your shop looks amazing, and before I was even done talking with my service advisor (Chris) my truck was already done! Also... With Kinney's being pretty much a 1 stop shop... You can count on the fact that ALL my automotive shop needs will be going to Kinney's from now on! Thanks guys... a good shop is really hard to find and I'm very glad that I found you!
