This project just wasn't s'posed to take this long. I'm not s'posed to be the one moving this dirt. Yet here I am...looking at the business end of a shovel. Fine, I'll get a wheel barrow, but I think I need a pretty nice one. Duelly. It's late...who can help me pick one out and unlocked it, etc. Clayton and Candy to the rescue. They saw the oncoming fatigue in my eyes and made my purchase experience just a little therapeutic. Thanks, C&C. You do Lowes proud.

PS...if you're moving dirt, do yourself a favor and get the two-wheeled job. You'll accidentally dump 0 loads, and your arms will thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars is not enough so I had to add seven more and I just wanted to throw a shout out of thanks to this amazing store. The store manager of this store is absolutely amazing. He helped Jeff the department manager with kind of a big problem with the lawnmower.. and working with the manufacturer. I am so grateful to these two individuals and this Lowe’s store will always be the one I shop at because of the store manager and Jeff they are absolutely amazing people and I’ve never seen anybody that cares more about customers than they do. I will always refer people to this amazing store, thanks again to all those that help me with this lawnmower problem.

Visited Lowe's for a tricky insulation issue in my basement. Scott from Building and Materials was a lifesaver! He listened attentively, offered a range of solutions from temporary fixes to permanent installations, and guided me through the store, explaining each option clearly. His expertise and customer-focused approach were impressive. Thanks to Scott, I left with the perfect materials and a great experience. Highly recommend him for any building needs! Five stars!

I've shopped at Lowes for many years. Often, if I needed help, I had to track someone down. The store that I generally go to, in West Jordan, Utah is different. Most recently, I was looking for a few different items. I guess I looked like I needed help. On three different occasions I was approached to see if I needed help. Each time the offered help was right on. I really appreciated the assist.

I was in the store yesterday and asked an employee whose name is Paul for help in the Halloween aisle. We had issues because what I wanted only had the display left. He was the kindest and most patient man and had the best customer service out of anyone that I ever dealt with. I was probably there for about an hour (no fault of his) but he never gave up working on the problem and finally figured it out. We need a lot more Paul's in retail these days, I will always go back and hope to find him if I have a problem.

We have literally redone the kitchen with what we purchased at Lowes. The staff is happy and helpful and they seem to be quite knowledgeable. the prices on the appliances, barbecue, outdoor furniture, yard tools...the list goes on. They are wonderful.

David Poole was super friendly and quick to install my dishwasher! He was respectful with my property and educated me about how to use my new dishwasher. Overall, excellent service!

Great selection on almost anythingu you could need & the sttremely helpful not only I locating product but they for the kodt part are very knowledgeable of there sections. I also love how whenever I seem to be having a ruff time locating an item there always at least one member if not directly behind you then just right around the corner. Upon one visit I happened to see the same employee 8 times within a 15 minute shopping period he might as well have been circling me, watching waiting, observing. Lurking fo the foo who forgot what it was⁷cane ewes

Paul, Candy, and Chad are incredible! We accidentally bought a front door for our house that opens the wrong way a while ago and they honored an exchange for us. They made it super simple and were wonderful to work with!

My one stop Hardware Store, for all your Home and Garden needs, and the associates are very knowledgeable and courteous, I bought these a couple days ago, one for my Master Bathroom, and one for Bathroom # 2

UPDATED REVIEW: Atten manager Jeff Ledjte Best Customer service I've ever had! Update! So I found my receipt and remembered the young gentleman's name that helped us with flooring. His name was John and he went way above and way beyond and did it all with the best attitude. He was funny and knowledgeable and enthusiastic as ever. We bought allot of boxes of flooring 46 maybe? and let me tell you. That is a very stressful thing to purchase and go through. He made it fun and exciting and went way out of his way, helping us load and fit every single box into our car. He deserves a raise! My whole family was with me, and all of us felt the same. He is an asset to Lowes without a doubt. He knew everything about flooring. How to measure and his math skills were amazing. He's so knowledgeable. I hope this review reaches John's manager and store owner.

I always a fan of Home Depot, however with the help of Tim today, he totally Changed my perspective towards the Lowes Market . He is truly a great man and helpful, you can find him in the flooring area.Thanks for your help Mr.Tim🙏.

I love Lowe’s… I can get what I need to do my projects in a very timely fashion.. always have what I need ,a great selection of tools and products at a great price…

Bathrooms were very clean and tidy on a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Linda was super nice to our kids when we checked out. If you need anything for your yard or house Lowe’s will for sure have it. Even spare wheelbarrow wheels.

I didn't buy anything I went with my mom. She wanted a ceramic rabbit for her yard. While she went to find it i went to the restroom. It was a very nice bathroom. When she paid she realized she needed a cart and an employee offered to go get her one. She was very nice. Also the cashier was very friendly. I can't say much about the store itself.

Been there several times the last few weeks, we've gone straight to Customer Service both times, because we needed things off the top shelves. They have been so kind and helpful!! 10 stars to Lowes customer service crew!! We will never hesitate to go back!!

Garden stuff is out now. Be aware the parking is filled with garden stuff too now. This is a popular location with a ton of summer items. It’s a big Lowes so it doesn’t feel crowded even when it is. Tons of pots and soil types too. They have succulent soil.

Kim at the prod desk is very helpful and I will continue to do business there. She has been great!

Stores great clean employees are nice. But if you need S4S Lumber find Mill that can make it for you local. I understand everybody needs to make a little money the charging this much for poplar? I will always go here before the orange store!
