7-Eleven

Sleepwalk is one of the most underrated songs ever composed, and one of my favorites to play. Imagine a hard rock power trio doing that song, then throw in a 3-minute bass solo complete with chords. Oh yes, Mr. Patel - I will send you a copy, fully support your actions, sir!

The main reason for my rating is the lovely music played outside for the guests! I know it is played as a deterrent and Opera/Classical isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it definitely made this opera/classical performers night to hear such lovely music! Also the way the young lady was navigating the crowd from behind the counter was very professional given the amount of traffic seen by this location! Keep up the good work your business in this location is going in the right direction in my opinion! Bravissimo! 🍾🥂♥😁

Imagine if the city of Austin handled it's homeless problem instead of ignoring it while businesses try and survive. The classical music is a great idea, but it is sad you have to try these sort of tactics when the police won't do their job

The owner is extremely nice and thorough. Immediately after walking he stopped cleanibg and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. I had ordered a full pizza over the phone. He asked if I needed further condiments and then told me how to save money in the future by the free rewards program they offer. I never thought I'd review a 7/11 but the owner made the small, quick experience very welcoming.

If this is the guy that plays this music outside,and I'm pretty sure it is "according to the pictures with the trash that the homeless threw on the ground" then you are a ROCK STAR my friend! 🤣🤣🤣 God bless you.

I have been using this 7-Eleven for awhile now usually by ordering through the app. Today I ended up going inside to get a few things. I got 2 slurpees which I rarely get so I am a bit unfamiliar with the machines. Well, they ended up overflowing and spilling which caused a huge mess. I tried to help clean it up off of the counter but did not clean it up off of the floor. That was taken care of immediately by the employees. However they were really upset over the situation. I did apologize profusely to them but they still were very bothered. I do feel really horrible about the whole situation and hope the hard working employees know that they do an amazing job even when dealing with a screw up like me.

This by far is my favorite 711 in all of Austin. The staff the owners they are all so so awesome. I have never seen a store where everyone had good service. Rose, Fernando, Chris, two guys in the evening that I don't know their names but they are awesome too. When ever I have addressed an issue with anything with Rose she always fixes it. She is awesome and has good customer service, as well as Chris and Fernando.

Stopped here for a drink. They were playing opera super loud outside. Was told it was to keep the bums away. Love it

This man is a genius! Every business owner should follow his example to rid themselves of the homeless. Great job sir!

Haven't had bad experience like some people describing. Coffee always ready, they take care of the place. If an employee sees a line they will hop on the 2nd register. Either friendly or neutral.

The Owner is one Haaaaail of a guy!!! And the homeless people on this end of town are interesting to say the least.

This 7-Eleven is by far one of the best locations I have been to along with the 7-Eleven on S Lamar and Manchaca and the one on 2222 and Burnet! They always have a variety of items to choose from and have great customer service! Definately recommend this location to anyone whose looking for some good ole' quality convenience!

MR. BEN & ALL OF THE STAFF AT THIS 7-11 HAVE PERFECTED THE TERM " CONVENIENT STORE " !!!!!!!!! EVERY LITTLE DETAIL FROM FRESH COFFEE, TEA,SLURPEE'S & BEVERAGE'S, TO FRESH FOOD/SNACK'S, TO ELECTRONIC NECESSITIES (CHARGER'S, HEADPHONE'S,ETC.), IS AT THE READY, AWAITING THE CUSTOMER'S EVERY NEED, WHIM OR CALLING !!! WELL WORTH THE TRIP TO THIS STORE, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT CLOSE TO THE AREA !!!

I always go this place after work they have some good worker all friendly and they will remember a face if u go in there all da time like i do but yeah it's good

This 7/11 is in one of the worst covid zip codes in the world. Some employees r not wearing masks. Pleas wear them!!! Texas is dying!
