I was truly impressed with Chris and her customer service skills. She’s not only pleasant and efficient she was also precise with printing my documents, she aimed for perfection which I appreciated her attention to details. She was also speedy I was out in 10min so I cold continue my day!

The store was clean and all employees were very pleasant from the greeter to the cashier and everyone in between was helpful. This is definitely my go to for printing! Thanks again Chris! 👍🏽

Our company had issues with a Canon printer we purchased. We got in touch with Canon but they didn't offer any help. I called the store and spoke to Alison, she was amazing and extremely helpful. I went down to the store and she was able to assist me with our printer, she was wonderful.

I entered the store and immediately greeted by the friendly employees at Office Max. I wanted to make a stamp and the gentleman was really friendly. Kevin also helped me with like 5 questions. Not once did he give me the impression that I was being annoying but he truly wanted to help me and he did ! Excellent job HR for hiring excellent people with excellent customer service !

This is my go to place for printing. And I always receive high quality posters and prints. They are fast and efficient. The staff at the Print and Copy station have outstanding customer service! The nicest people. They deserve a raise!!

I needed to print a design I created for party favors and I was hesitant with the colors that came out. After a few adjustments and recommendations from Isaac at Kakaako Office Max, he was able to produce what I needed. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will return for any future printing needs. Customer service at this Office Max store location was fantastic. Each staff member was cordial when assisting my elderly father and I while we shopped for office furniture for our home.

One employee, Lizzy, stood out as exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lizzy put my father at ease with her patience and answered all his questions regarding the products we were considering. Lizzy came across as very sincere and naturally congenial. Thanks to Lizzy’s assistance we were able to figure out what we needed and purchased a very nice office chair.

Also, the manager Marvin, was very considerate of our needs when we picked up our furniture. He made sure all our needs were met in a satisfactory manner. In fact, he went above and beyond to insure we were treated well .

Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience at this Office Max store. I will be recommending this store location to friends and family. And I will definitely be a return customer.

Office Max is well stocked and has a variety of products. Easy online shopping; curbside option. Good hours.

This one was one of the nicer ones I’ve been into! People were super nice and friendly. Very helpful for everything I was looking for. I really appreciated being able to walk through the store and get all my questions answered.

I ordered Christmas cards and they were exceptional. The quality was fantastic and the price was unbeatable !

Customer service was awesome. As soon as you walk in they greet you and point you in the right direction. Cashier was so friendly! Guy working the floor was so helpful and eager to assist us. He showed me the box our desk came in to make sure it fit in my vehicle. Then he took it upfront to checkout. Finally he and another guy happily loaded it our car. So friendly... loved our experience.

We consistently experience their superior customer service orientation which makes this store a reliable and efficient "go to" every time we're in it for products and questions and professional technical service or just browsing. We return all the time! The "aloha spirit" is felt here among its diverse, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a sales associate, and after telling her what I was looking for, she retrieved it and I completed my purchase and was out the store in less than two minutes.

I always come here to print and they are super nice and helpful.

I am always greeted by a rep who helps me find exactly what I need and the cashier rep, Divina, was even more pleasant and didn't rush me but took time to answer questions I had and was genuinely cheerful and thanked me and wished me a good day. She and others like her keeps me coming back to Office Max.

Great environment. Staff greets every customer and Judah is always available to answer questions and doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty.
