This is my go-to spot for an easy, healthy snack and the best cold-pressed juices! Anytime I am in a hurry or start to feel run down, I grab a few juices and am feeling better in no time. The staff are incredibly helpful and the smoothies are delicious, too! The Blue Mountain Sunset is my favorite juice.

We just moved here in June from Kentucky and this is our new favorite place! ❤ Back in Kentucky there is a locally owned natural food store called rainbow blossom and this place is just like it. We couldn’t be more grateful that a place like this exist so close to our new home.

We have already became regulars and my husband and 3 girls and I love to come in and get smoothies and other goodies like supplements. We LOVE that their smoothies are 100% organic!

Wow. Blown away by the wonderful service and selection of items from this cute little shop. Employees were wonderful, best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Great place especially for Gluten Free options! If you have dietary restrictions and are visiting Santa Rosa, you NEED to stop by here. Delicious smoothies as well! Found ourselves staying way longer than we anticipated chatting with the helpful and knowledgeable employees, and seeing all the amazing things this store has to offer. Must stop place in Santa Rosa Beach.

For anyone who enjoys healthy eating, is gluten free or has any food sensitivities, this store is a must stop. From its fresh juices and produce and it’s thoughtfully curated market it packs a lot of unique quality into this little spot. They have items I’ve never seen in person, high quality supplements and unique finds. It’s a gem on 30A.

LOVE For the Health of It! This store is a hidden gem by the beach. You have to try their fresh smoothies! I also love the 5 Alive shot. They have a wide variety of groceries and fresh produce. They are basically a large grocery store, pharmacy and smoothie shop all in one perfect package. Highly recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this place!! The BEST AND ONLY organic food store in SOWAL. Loving atmosphere and friendly owners. Family business. Very interesting items. And things you'd never knew existed. A magical place. They have all kinds of things from freshly made ORGANIC smoothies to body massages! The BEST, like I said... inspiring place , really.

The store is a really neat place-quiet and calm, makes it easy to look around without being hassled, but most of all I love the massages here! I've had several and it's always been a great experience...great prices on the massages too. Would definitely recommend!

Every year we spend a week in this area, and every year this is our grocery-away-from-home. They have almost everything we use at home that we purchase from a large upscale grocery store. I mentioned pumpkin seed butter to them last year and the store manager said, with obvious sincerity, she was going to look into it. It's impressive how much they squeeze into a small footprint. We also love their smoothies and my husband has had a couple of great massages through their service as well. A gem in a sweet little beach town. Can't wait to visit this summer.

Update: Shopped here again this summer. Great as always. Wanted to mention we are primarily gluten and dairy free. They have almost ALL of our regular products including GF bread, pasta, DF milks, fresh local produce, and more. Love them!

Awesome grocery store/juice & smoothie bar. By far the best smoothies I have ever had, some meals that are prepped and ready are amazing and they always have quality supplements. Kombucha on tap is one of our favorites as well.

I love getting massages from Mark there. I shop often and do special orders. They are knowledgeable and kind and compassionate. I got many of my natural resources for healing from an accident trauma from there. They carry a good amount of local items from produce to meats and ice cream! They are so willing to help whenever they can and become like family. A cleansing juice once a week is a super treat for the self!

Being just a walk away from this store during vacation was such a treat. Friendly staff and excellent selection of healthy groceries and drinks! I’ll miss having my daily smoothies. Can’t wait to be back soon!

I stopped in to try a smoothie, the berry one (I forget the actual name) was amazing! I plan on stopping back by to try more flavors. The staff was friendly & helpful, and they had a wide variety or goodies.

Very cute, well kept small Organic market, vitamis, essential oils, teas, etc with great smoothies! Real straws that do not fall apart!
