As you can see, Big Daddy's Bike shop has a lot of reviews. Not only are there a ton of reviews, but they are GREAT reviews. There is a reason for that pile of great reviews... Big Daddy's IS GREAT. I dropped into the store the first day in the area to get a map. When I had trouble two days later with my pedal bearings, I returned to Big Daddy's for some help. Everyone was very friendly and the tech was very knowledgeable. They asked to keep the bike overnight in case it was a more complex issue, but they finished the work in short order and I was on my way. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was awesome. Keep up the good work Big Daddy's Bike Shop!

I was on vacation from Ohio with my family and had planned on a 20 mile bike ride on the Timpoochee Trail along 30A. I woke up and went to put my bike in my truck only to find a flat rear tire. I tried to fix it myself for over an hour without success. Thank goodness I found this wonderful bike shop. I arrived before the shop opened, this amazing employee assisted me immediately when I arrived in the parking lot. He was doing maintenance outside on rental bikes for the day. He continued to work on and fix my tire for the next 25 minutes. He dropped everything he was doing just to help me out! What an amazing job he did!! I only wish I got his name! I appreciate his help so much and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area! I had a great ride!! Thank You so much!

Bid Daddy’s Bike Shop was very helpful. My eight year old’s bike that we rented from another bike company got a flat tire. Luckily, we were close to this shop while on our long bike ride. We called the company that we rented the bikes from but they would not reimburse us for the cost. Big Daddy’s fixed the flat, gave my daughter a bike sticker, and a cute t-shirt. Thank you for taking care of us. You were a life saver for our bike journey! Next time we are in town, we will make sure we rent bikes from your friendly and convenient shop.

Went to Big Daddy's expecting to buy a new front rim, thinking mine was bent.
After inspecting, ended up my spoke were out of alignment. Didn't even have take the bike off the rack. Super nice professional service. Only wish I lived closer. Reconmend to anyone!!

Stopped in here this morning before they opened as we were having some issues with our personal bike. Asked for a adjustment and they did not hesitate to offer their services. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Spectacular customer service and we ended up purchasing some gear for our bikes as well. So refreshing to have a company that seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. Glad to provide a 5 star review. We love the west end of 30A and this is one of the reasons.

I purchased a Trek 7 a few weeks ago from Big Daddy’s. Kenny helped me and did a fantastic job. The bike (not a planned sell) went from the box, assembled, and to my truck in a few hours on a very busy Saturday. All the folks were helpful. A positive experience.

Rented a road bike here during my vacation, as I’m training for a 70.3 triathlon this fall. They set me up with a Trek Emonda, very comparable to my bike at home. The price for a week was less than I anticipated, and they were as friendly and helpful as could be at pickup. I originally scheduled a 4:00 pickup time, but we arrived earlier than expected and when I called a few hours early they told me to come on down and they’d have my bike ready. I hate to admit it, but riding their rental revealed that my bike needs some TLC from the LBS when I get home. Sunrise rides on 30A are hard to beat, thank you Big Daddy’s for making it possible!

I had the absolute best service today… I pulled my mountain bike out of the bed of my truck, and a young gentleman working there came right up to me and said,” I can have that tube replaced for you in 10 minutes. He was not wrong. Service was timely and so friendly. Every employee greeted me with a smile and made sure I was being taken care of… such a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Somehow the disc on my front brake got bent and needed to be retrued. Stopped in first thing in morning and they had me in and out in 15 min. None of this we can fit you in next week. Was great to receive such quick and excellent service. Everyone there I was in contact with was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our conversations about ebikes and upgrades. Price was very reasonable too. Big thumbs up for their entire crew.

They repaired my wife's bike for a very reasonable price and they must have cleaned it up a bit because it looked way better than it did when I gave it to them. They also could have easily sold me a new chain due to rust but they told me the one on the bike was fine and they cleaned that up, too. I'll definitely go back to them if/when the need arises.

The staff was very helpful with the rental bikes earlier in the week. And then I came back to look for a bike rack later in the week. Again I couldn't be more pleased with the help I received. While there I decided to replace my older Trek. I didn't catch his name, but the guy that works on the bikes was extremely helpful and set the bike up so that I was comfortable. I felt so at ease with their knowledge and experience that I ended up buying the bike and a hitch rack to carry it. It was the best shopping experience in a long time.

Great shop for a vacationing cyclist. We’ve had emergency repairs done, rented bikes, bought tubes, and got a really cool koozie. I will use Big Daddy’s whenever we’re here.

Once upon a time, in a land filled with gravel roads and surrounded by lush forests, there lived a courageous Princess named Seraphina. They became cohorts and an unstoppable force in the mystical world of Grayton Beach, and King and Queen the Blue Mountain.

They knew that their unique partnership was a testament to the strength of unity and the spirit of adventure that thrived in their enchanting kingdom.
From that day forward, Seraphina and Big Daddy continued their bike adventures, exploring the beauty of their realm while keeping an eye out for those in need.

I stopped here and just needed some air in my tires. Although I wasn’t spending a penny, the team jumped on helping me and making sure I knew how to use their equipment. Says a lot about them IMO. I will obviously be returning for all of our bike needs. 5-star

....Had a second experience with this group 8 months later (Sept '21) and had another 5-star experience. I'm not much of a google reviewer, but when service is THIS good, I want to take the time to share it. Great team here.

Nikki was great. She helped me get my bike in the back of my truck after it was fixed & offered me a cold water. The lady behind the front desk was helpful in describing the different choices of tubes to fix a flat tire. I was in and out with a new tube installed in my tire in about 15 minutes. Excellent place, excellent people.

These folks were awesome today! Went out of their way to help me with a Garmin charger because I left mine at home. Peg and Judah were super, as well as the rest of their staff. Top quality customer service! Thanks for all your help!
