Porsche St. Louis Service and Parts

I have taken my Macan here for service since I bought it in 2018. I have always had a great experience. Their service is always personal, professional, and courteous. Whether I get a loaner car or wait in the lounge, they make sure that I'm comfortable. My two favorite things are the big glass wall in the customer lounge, so I can watch them working on my car, and the inspection video they text to me after work is done. Great value for the money, and the peace of mind that the job is being done correctly is priceless.

The service team is committed to excellence. Our expectations have been exceeded several times that we had service done here. Nobody asked me to do a review and I am just doing this because it is rare to find a team so dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Vehicles these days are not as straightforward as they were back in the old days. If you’re looking for honest service with excellent results, I don’t recommend going anywhere else but here. Stephanie and Chad were fantastic.

I had a very good experience, Working with Jim our service advisor. He was friendly and very informative and upfront with me along the process of getting my vehicle. Jim and his team did not overlook any of the details that I relayed to them on what I needed taking care of.

This dealership made getting my car serviced (and a minor repair) a complete joy. (Don't get to say that too often.) From dropping the car off, getting a loaner, clear on frequent communication, and a friendly approach, my experience was terrific. Not the least bit snooty, but efficient and kind treatment from start to finish. So glad I bought my vehicle at this dealership.

Purchased my Boxster GTS here in January 2023. Ordering/Sales process and delivery were great. Just had my first service appointment this week and that too was easy to schedule, with quick service and resolution to a squeak in the passenger compartment. I highly recommend Porsche St. Louis.

I always enjoy taking my car to Porsche! I refuse to take my car to anyone else. You know your vehicle is in the best hands! Professionals. Everyone is so welcoming and Porsche is super accommodating especially with my drive being 45 minutes away. I took my car up for an oil top off and I seen Tom and asked if he could squeeze me in for inspection and emissions while I was there instead of making a separate appt. He didn’t even hesitate and told me he will take care of me and get everything done and he did! I was there for maybe an hour or less. They always wash my car and I LOVE going in the snack area! Best snacks and all different kinds of goodies to keep your belly happy while waiting! Great employees with A-1 service! Not one complaint! I highly recommend them for any service you need!!

Bought a 2023 911 GTS cabriolet, 100% of the transaction was by text and phone. They arranged delivery to my door. Nick was a great sales person and I would give the entire experience a 10.

Service department was extremely busy, had emergency repair need that was looked at one week after being bright in. Know local MB dealership is having similar waits. Service was great as was communication once actual service in process. Love text/email links with detailed information paralleling the technicians calls.

Second car I have purchased from Porsche St Louis. My experiences have been excellent both times. Transparent and total communication and professional representation from everyone involved. I live 1,000 miles away and have never actually visited the dealership, but who needs too when the service and representation is this complete. I plan to continue purchasing from PSL.

All I can say is Kevin Hall (salesman) was very cordial and tentative to my needs. Great personality. Used car Sales Manager-(she) 👍🏼 was awesome. Also the Financial Manager was Great. They all work well together. This was a great experience. Definitely worth you buying your next vehicle !
