I had no expectations when entering this establishment. I had only gone there to break $100 bill for the subway next door so I can pick up a meal ... There was one person that I could see on staff and he was very nice even though there were several people in the lobby needing his expertise. He greeted me as well as the others took care of our needs and then went on to help answer questions I didn't even realize I had, about my phone. Based on the conversation I had with him I ended up buying a cool little gadget for the back of my phone, by ghost tech, I believe, that is very handy and I'm very pleased with it. I did get my change for my Subway meal and I left with a cool little item that I didn't even know I needed or wanted. So on all it was a nice experience.

I wish I knew the gentleman's name to compliment him on his assistance... Sadly I cannot but this is by far with the assistance of this one fine gentleman by far the best cricket store I have ever encountered in my life. Upon entering my mom wanted to know about her phone which was a TracFone and the gentleman was more than willing to help. I of course had other plans and wanted to get my mom into the future and so he also assisted with that, if you're in the market for a cricket phone this is the place.
