AT&T Store

I visited the phone store to receive assistance with setting up my voicemail on my new phone. The representative I met with was not only extremely knowledgeable; he was pleasant, personable, and very reassuring. His willingness to help me was so appreciated. He even showed me a few things about my phone that I would have never known about on my own. This was a very good day)!

The manager Kat was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to help us right away. She is very friendly and was able to get us the best deal and best phone for my job as a nurse.

I had a great experience. At the queensgate store. My phone was broke and I needed one to replace. I was introduced to Kat. She set me up with a new phone and saved me money. 2 thumbs up!

Experienced top-tier customer service from Daniel in resolving a complex billing issue I had following cellphone upgrades. He took the time to call AT&T customer service in order to get to the bottom of the issues and obtain correct information. With support from his District Mgr (Sarah), all issues were resolved to my total surprise and appreciation all b/c he took the time to THOROUGHLY research solutions and ask all the necessary questions. Thanks, Daniel, for your patience and for valuing me as a long-term customer to make sure all issues were resolved. You deserve a raise for your care and commitment to top-tier customer service!

I went into the store after experiencing significant issues that NO ONE could resolve. The server was down the day before which didn’t help but I spent 2hrs in a different store trying to resolve it the previous day. Ed greeted me and quickly got to work to resolve my issue. He helped me pick another device and explained everything to me along the way. I really appreciated his help and am satisfied with my purchase!

My sales associate Justin was incredible (and bonus *HANDSOME*). I came in with several questions and issues with a device I currently own. He was all over it and got me situated with 2 new completely set up products. I can’t speak highly enough and believe he deserves a raise for his quality service!

we came into this store and was greeted by Justin. he helped us solve our issues and upgrade my phone. his personality is one of the best we have come across! very personable, funny, energetic but most of all helpful and caring. we came back a few days later to upgrade my sons phone and once again, the same amazing help and personality from him. I highly recommend seeing Justin for any of you at&t needs. HE WAS GREAT!

I usually dread the process of getting a new phone, but Seth was super knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He also clearly explained the unlimited data plans and got us squared away with that for just a few dollars more than our previous plan. My husband and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Seth!

Every time my account gets messed up, Maxx at the Queensgate AT&T always fixes it for me. Every time I need a new line or a new phone or a new upgrade, I will only trust Maxx to do it for me. I refuse to deal with any other AT&T location and any other AT&T associate. Thank you Maxx for taking care of old technologically-impaired people like me!

Seth was very helpful in setting up our new iPhones. It took a while since I had an Android but he was super helpful after Justin sold us the phone

What a wonderful experience at this store. Mark was AMAZING. So helpful, professional, and you can see he genuinely cares about your experience and service.

My boyfriend and I came in to get a new phone because my boyfriend damaged his current phone while at a lake, and we were about to drop unnecessary money upgrading, but he double checked to make sure we didn't have any insurance before preceding. We did! And now we are paying a small fee to replace a phone instead of having to buy a new one.

Mark was informative and very helpful. I highly suggest requesting him if he's there. He was an excellent sales person because he suggested products and services without being pushy. He probably would have made commission off us buying a new phone, but he was honest and helped us save money, and that is exactly why it'll come around in the future. We will go back to this store and back to Mark when we upgrade!
