Nikki & Tap are excellent in their customer service and manners! Having a pleasant experience makes a huge difference when shopping with my teen daughter. It was like visiting family. The store vibe is very warm and chill. Awesome since Journeys is one of our favorite stores.

This store is open 12pm-6pm on Sundays! Not closed. Also located over by Bath and Body Works and Fish City Grill… not inside of Kohls like maps tells you 😬

Attempted to shop here about 11 AM today when they were supposed to open at 10 and the doors were locked and no one there. Thankfully the Round Rock location answered the phone and I went down there. Not a great impression for a first time customer.
