Had the pleasure of going to this Bath and Body Works on Wednesday. There is a man there by the name of Mark Jacob's. He made the day of several and I imagine he does this on the regular. He was sweet and kind and lovely. He made everyone smile and was full of happiness. Please give this man a raise. People like him are rare and very special. The world needs more people like him. Everyone was very polite and kind but Mark not only made us smile he kept us smiling long after we left. Thank you!

Came here on a busy day, and they had so much inventory! Mark and Ray Dawn were working - very helpful, friendly, and informative for all the sales. Would recommend coming here!

Staff were very hospitable and accommodating. I accidentally picked shower gel instead of body cream (same bottle shapes!), and I had picked up large quantities. The lady did not hesitate to start all over again...without me even asking her. She was very cheerful with it too!... I guess they're used to this common mistake by customers!
Also accommodated my coupon that I had a misunderstanding.
Only thing I wished was that they one of the body care items I had wanted to purchase but I understand/understood it's a very high demand product so sells out pretty quick!

I gotta say I rarely leave reviews but I was thoroughly impressed with my visit today. 10/16. There were two ladies working, I didn’t get their names but they literally had the best vibes. Friendly, helpful. The one lady literally went over every single candle scent with me and helped me pick out the ones I bought. The lady that checked me out was so genuine and sweet as well. Can’t explain it, I just got the best vibes from them and from the store in general. Thank you ladies, whoever you are! Lol

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this location they always treat me sooooo much! From management to them employees, I love you all!!!!

This place is so wonderful to walk into. The gentleman greeter was so warm and helpful. I went in for their hand soap sale and he made sure I knew of all of the arrivals. The cashier was also a delight, very friendly and welcoming. The store was very clean and smelled amazing.

This is the BEST BBW location I've ever had the pleasure of visiting! The store is in a well-lit, secure, and clean shopping center near the Fort Worth Zoo. The customer service excelled from the entrance of the store all the way to the cashiers. They were fully stocked and the products were well organized. The buy online, pick up in-store experience was seamless. The return process was shameless with no questions asked. Even during the busy holiday season, the employees never lost their cool or forgot to smile. What a great pleasure it was to shop here, thank you University!

Excelent customer service, unfortunately Bath & Body should provide security to their staff. Today, 3 women stole 6 big bags full of candles in front of the workers and customers. Nobody could do anything because their policy doesn't allow it. They should have security in their doors loke other stores. The same story happened in the Bedford location.

This is by far one of the best locations I've ever visited. The manager, Mark, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They're going to help you find the best deals and ways to save too! The store is clean and well stocked. if the weather is nice, they'll open the doors, it's great. I always enjoy shopping here for gifts for friends, family, (and myself).

I just had the absolute best experience at this bath and body works location. Mark helped me out so much picking scents I’d like and telling me all of the different things about the and new scents and body scrubs in the store. All of the sales associates here today were so pleasant and I will for sure be returning!!

Krystal/Crystal (I didn’t get the correct spelling) is so amazing. The customer service she provided would make any individual feel valuable. I enjoyed Mark as well....he shared some statistics with me and thank me for being a customer. This location had ordered great customer service and good deals. (I recognized Krystal front facing and replenishing products throughout the whole time I was shopping but still managed to follow up with me and make suggestions and she put in effort to make sure I received the best deal). This encounter alone made my day.

Kim is such a sweetheart and has the best attitude! She really brightened my day and was extremely helpful with all of the questions I had. The was also a gentleman working and he was just as helpful. He was aware and was ready to assist customers at the drop of a dime. Great store!

The customer services is very welcoming and get you done ...ray is part of her name...it's two names
but it start with ray, good spirit person she got me in and out plus tried to upgrade more sales products

I love this store! When they are super busy with the awesome sales they have, they follow all CDC recommendations to keep us safe and shop comfortably inside. The employees are super helpful and always nice when we can't find certain items.

The employees were nice and they had a decent selection for the semi annual sale. Don’t really like this location because of the traffic and parking but it is close to me

The ladies at this location are fantastic!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were closing and there was 5 minutes left! They let me make my purchase after helping me choose! Class acts for sure! Thank you dolls!

Mark, the manager, is very engaging and personable at this location. Gotta love him. The store is always neat and clean and the prices and deals are displayed with clarity. Go get some smell good so you can smell good!
