The customer service received from “Kaih” was very kind and professional.
I had come through the drive-through and their application scanner was still not working. Kaih offered options to assist without the extra steps of parking and coming in. He was very kind knowing I was in a hurry and solved the problem quickly.
Excellent customer service is hard to find. It was comforting to know that it does still exist. Well done and thank you Kaih!

We love us some Starbucks when it's been a particularly stressful week. We aren't regular goers but we definitely have our favorites:
Iced white mocha, caramel ribbon crunch, and a cake pop for the little one.

Love love love my favorite peoples at this Starbucks. They are quick, friendly, and all around super awesome.*EDIT* I was just there and ordered a Frappuccino. The girl handed me a hot coffee. I told her that was incorrect. I waited. Then they handed me a grande Frappuccino. I told her I ordered a venti. Come to find out I accidentally ordered incorrectly on the app. When I asked her if she’d remake it in a venti I was told no. I said I’d pay the difference and she was not impressed and stalked for a moment then said no. I repeated that I’d pay the difference. She said no and that I’d have to come inside. I didn’t have time to come inside. Needlesss to say I left with the grande. I visit this store every day. Sometimes twice a day so this was a huge disappointment for me. None of the other staff would have acted this way or been rude to me like she was. Apparently she’s a new manager. I contacted customer service who is going to contact their district manager. Refusing to make me a new drink is poor business especially after the amount of money I spend there. There was like one car behind me. She could’ve easily made the new drink. She just didn’t want to. Maybe someone needs to remind her that customer service is #1.

This place is amazing. Not only do the baristas have FUN, but they hook you up & if they mess something up they fix it to the ^10!!! (Tenth power in case u didn’t know.... google it 🙄 lol) I love sitting here doing my thang and hearing LAUGHTER coming from the barista station! When you have FUN at your job you perform better & the performance of these baristas is amazing! Had to leave a review! For sure come here! Especially STLCC students!!

This place is the best Starbucks I ever visited, The manager went way way way above and beyond service to see that I hot my correct drink, New years eve, after 7 pm. I hope I am correct with his name , Greg.
This guy deserves much kiddos and a raise.

I really like this Starbucks They know how to make a good vanilla sweet cream cold brew. And they always do a pretty good job on my boyfriend's iced Americano with a splash of sweet cream.

Fast friendly service

I have went through [my first time in fact was a never forget day] and Sergio has helped make it an unbelievable experience most everyday. This Starbucks has the hiring of great baristas down to an art! Well done ✔

Probably the best place to buy coffee. Starbucks has exceptional prices for their coffee. It also has water bowls for dogs. It has very fast service so you will get you drink is minutes. I would definitely recommend this for coffee.

Great service and friendly staff! They donated cups to my second grade class for our book tasting. Starbooks Cafe wouldn't have been the same without their generosity!

This is one coffee shop/bakery that always strives to exceed customers expectations. I have yet to be disappointed by its tip quality products.

Worker complemented my jacket. Than I was 9 cents short for my drink and she bought it for me and was very kind. Great service

The staff here are super sweet and helpful I enjoy coming to this place because of the staff I have been to a good amount and Starbucks but I prefer this one just due to how amazing the staff is

Chris is so awesome. Gavin is pretty cool too sms so is Kirsten. They always make sure everyone is super satisfied and happy.
