Dan did an outstanding job of helping me complete my return. He made it easy and had thought ahead to help his customers like me who hadn’t read the instructions. Thanks Dan for your help with Jesse Cowgirl return! You were terrific!!

Jasmine and Dan at this location are amazing. I came in beyond frustrated with a return and Jasmine took the time to work with me and help ensure my return was dealt with properly to be done with it. She is a saint. Dan was extremely helpful in answering questions along the process as well. Thank you both and I appreciate both of your hard work this holiday season.

Dale is always so helpful and knowledgeable with everything at UPS! Service at this store is excellent. The staff was very conscience and were working hard to get everyone taken care of quickly. In and out in less than 5 minutes. A young man named Dale helped me get my packages returned.

I visited this store. All the employees were super helpful, but Dan seemed to know it all. He helped the other employees that were new as well as helped me. He was extremely patient as I worked through figuring out my preferred shipping method. It was a pleasant experience overall. On a side note overnight air rates are unreal and way too expensive!

I hobbled into this UPS Store last night with a bag over one side of my walker & a purse on the other. Tired from work & walking I needed to return an Amazon purchase. When I asked for help finding the QS code from the order I was clueless. I had the good fortune of having Jasmine help me. I asked her to find it within the order I brought up on my phone. While she helped me, Alissa helped the other customers who came in with returns in a friendly & efficient manner. It was Jasmine helping me though who saved the day. Knowledgeable, friendly and sweet, I was so thankful for her help & attitude especially late in the day. To top it off the UPS driver there to pick up packages held the door open for me when I left. My last task of the day was complete. I left with a smile on my face & gratitude in my heart Jasmine was the star but what a great staff.

Dan is great! I had returns that I mistakenly didn’t package myself. He was super friendly about the issue and was happy to get them packaged up for me. Fantastic customer service!

Dan was the man! Friendly and helpful! I couldn’t ask for more from a customer service experience. There are about 5 FedEx locations closer to my house but I’ll definitely be back to to The UPS Store!

First time coming into this location on Sunday 1/7/24. I needed a label printed. Dan was very helpful and upbeat personality. Made it very easy for me. I was in and out.

The driver delivering my packages to my home at 935 Crestwood Ln. did a fantastic job delivering my packages and helped deliver them inside the door, helping my wife out on 1/30/24.

Sarah was more than helpful with my Amazon return. I got my refund back on my card before I even left the store. Thanks!

Thankyou so much! I pulled in right at 4pm and they were locking the doors up, he unlocked it and let me in to send a package. I had to send a heart monitor back to the hospital. I really appreciated it! I know they were probably ready to head home. The extra effort didn’t go unnoticed!

Jasmine was amazing today. I had 2 return packages and one I needed to email the receipt to the UPS store and she was patient and help me through the process.
