Special shout out to Adam! I’ve never encountered an HD employee as helpful as him, and I’ve been shopping at HD stores all over the Midwest for 30 years. I had a bit of an unusual installation of a shower door going on and I went to HD on a whim hoping for some advice but not really expecting much. But Adam was awesome! Not only did he present me with a few ingenious ideas, but he walked me over to another department (not his) and helped me look at my options. We discussed all the pros and cons and arrived at a perfect solution for my situation. Kudos. To say I was impressed would be an understatement.

Like most Home Depots, they have a really good selection of home improvements, gardening supplies, etc. at competitive prices.

I will note that I got extra help from an employee who figured a way to get me a better discount on a mower attachment, then walked me up to a separate resister and took care of me himself.

But normally they push you towards the self checkouts, which I disprove of at a home improvement store that often deals with large objects. Maybe I'm just being stubborn, but I think if you're buying heavy tools, lumber, lawn mower attachments, etc, it would be nice to have a little bit of help with the checkout process.

That minor gripe aside though, this is a good location with helpful employees.

Stopped at the Cadillac MI as I was about thirty minutes away....love the Home Depot! They have recently marked down numerous home ceiling fans as they are limiting in-store items and transitioning to online shopping items in that area. We have purchased enough fans with these deep discounts, some that cost as much as $270 and marked down to $65.....about 25 ceiling fans with savings over $1,500 to date.

Great for advice and all your improvement or construction materials. Can help order from other stores if not stocked. Very helpful staff

I stopped in to get plumbing supplies to replace a sink drain and they had everything I needed. The staff there was very helpful and gave me tips and found the right products I needed for the job. I was impressed and I saved money.

Good store. Friendly service staff. Had multiple people ask if we needed any help.

Definitely the friendliest Home Depot I have ever been to. Employees practically tripping over themselves to help. Very satisfied with our shopping experience today.

The Staff was very helpful. They took me right to where it was I was looking for. There is self checkout and real cashiers!

The imployees were alot more help than all the ones in the Grand Rapids Mi. Aera. Thay ask if we needed any help. I have not seen that in years.

Had special abilities person working good job home Depot employing people with different abilities and giving them meaning and purpose in life. Plants were nice that you had just not what I was looking for.

This is the first and only Home Depot we were greeted by the employees, helped us without hunting someone down to help, the young lady in paint was very helpful and the cashier checking us out was so pleasant. We will be visiting this Home Depot only.

The Cadillac store is the only one where I've found helpful people. Most Home Depots never seem to have enough people to be able to help you out. Therefore, they are rushed and not nearly as friendly as the people at the Cadilac Home Depot. They're doing something Right!

Came in looking for a new faucet and a new connector for my portable dishwasher. Mac helped be untill we came up with a good plan and all the right parts. Definitely be looking for him next time I'm in there again.

The store in Cadillac was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly and had all the supplies I needed to put a new roof on the deer blind .
