Harbor Freight Tools

Got in and grabbed what I needed......and things I didn't...and got out. Friendly and helpful staff.

Harbor freight is a good store. The tools may not be the highest quality but I still have some that work years after buying them(power tools)
I haven’t had any real problems with stuff here and the staff are pretty cool!

The workers are always very friendly when I go in. They have a ton of really good sales on there already cheap prices. This is my go to store when I need cheap tools that will last. Signing up for the mailing list is definitely worth it because you get coupons in the mail all the time.

I know some people will tell you that harbor freight tools has junk tools but I've had pretty decent luck so far. If I'm in need of a tool that has to be high quality for some reason then I would buy it. Otherwise the tools harbor freight have work great for me. Anytime I've had an issue, I either return it with out any hassle or if its past the 90 days, I just chalk it up as something i got good use out of

As with all Harbor Freight stores, there is a serious lack of logic with their item placement within the store. With that said, I had to interact with 4 employees. All were extremely cordial and most helpful. All were good natured and with smiles on their faces. Because of these employees is why I gave my experience 5 stars!

This place has everything from pet food and supplies to tools, if you need it you can probably find it here! Not like Tractor Supply or Farm and Home. They also have coupons for free stuff, so everytime you shop, you can get something for free!! They also have an awesome clothing department! I love going there❣

Employees were great to the extent of showing my the item I was buying was $160 and there was one on the return rack that obviously someone bought, used for what they needed and returned. I was able to get what I needed for $181

The quality of HF products has been upgraded on their premium brands and I am not afraid to buy their products. They have some things that the big box stores don't have. I like their offerings.

Always helpful. We had many questions on a home generator. They answered every question. They know their products. Clean store and well marked to find what you want.

Wow! Angie the Assistant Manager and Tammy were so very helpful. They answered the phone after closing and made it possible for us to get a gift to our son in Cadillac. We were out of state which made it even a bigger challenge. Without their help we would not only have paid more but probably wouldn’t have been able to get the tool for our son.

I was a professional remodeling contractor and always bought top of the line tools because that's what I was taught. The tools at Harbor Freight were second rate was all I ever heard. I have saved a lot of money buying tools at Harbor Freight and the quality of the tools have been up to my standards.

This is by far my favorite Harbor Freight. Between here, Traverse and Ludington, I'll always make the extra hour drive to come here. And always make sure you put the extended service plans on the items. I've had some items I never need it on, but it's great when your item breaks and you go in, get a brand new one and all you have to do is pay for another plan. Then you're set for another few years. My tools get beat up, so I ALWAYS put warranties on all my stuff. 👍

Went in for a cheap socket set to keep in my vehicle and found just what I was looking for $7 no holler, service was great, very pleased.

Nice place to get budget tools. Harbor Freight has a very good return policy too.

Biggest Harbor Freight I've ever been, I love this store, being a mechanic it's like a kid in a candy shop plus plenty more trades and stuff to buy

Very easy to find things, staff although EXTREMELY understaffed lately (if you need a job please apply here) still took the time to answer my many, multiple and in depth questions.
