Jeremy Blackmun our salesman was awesome! I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find the item's that were right on point for me. He wasn't pushy or didn't try to sell me the most expensive things in the store, he helped me find the item's that best suit my needs. Thanks Jeremy of Cadillac ABC Wearhouse .

Chris, our salesman, was fantastic! He didn't hover over us or try to talk us into anything we didn't want. We had a bit of a problem with the installers but the issue was quickly resolved once I went in store and commented. 10/10 will be shopping there again. I love my new appliances!

Chris Spinks helped me out with getting a dryer, and it was the best service possible, was very knowledgeable, and was very helpful on deciding what 1 was these best. Highly recommend working with Chris very helpful, very knowledgeable, best service I have had in a while.

Prices and the amount they keep in stock are great. But what topped our trip in was dealing with Chris. Seriously awesome person. Will go back when we are ready for the next adventure.

I cannot say enough good things about their customer service. I spoke to Carmen and she was amazing: she treated me with kindness and respect and made me feel like I wasn’t a bother to her at all when I was unsure of information. It was great talking to an actual person right away who could help me get everything settled. I will for sure be shopping through ABC warehouse again for my appliance needs.

I would like to thank Jen the district manager of ABC warehouse for helping us deal with the issue we had with our damaged appliance. After several months of dealing with customer service of the manufacturer with just about no help whatsoever, Jen pulled through and straightened things out.

Eli was great! I called to see if something was in stock and he checked for me and made pleasant conversation while doing so. I ended up ordering it from them online for delivery as they didn't have it in store. Then today I ordered a microwave for pick up and it was waiting for me at the register whenbI got there. Darren helped me out with that order and was super friendly as well! Definitely recommend ABC Warehouse.

Excellent customer service from Trina. We were in Traverse city having no luck to find anything in stock let alone great customer service. On the whim we decided to call down to the Cadillac location and was greeted by Trina. She has inventory and exactly what we needed.

We driven down and she had us taken care and out the door within 30 minutes.

I am amazed with her quick response, professionalism and knowledge.

What a great experience! We were in the market for a new couch and end table. Jeremy Blackmun was a great help. After greeting us he gave us time to look around but was there in an instant to answer our questions. Will be seeing him again for our next purchase.
