Robyn was very helpful in selecting our appliances. She was very thorough in following up with our purchase and delivery process. The delivery team was great to work with as well. We were very pleased with both the service at the Cadillac store and the delivery crew. Van Dries had more small sofas and loveseats than any other store in the area. Michelle H was very patient and helpful as we looked at LOTS of small sofas as well as recliners. We reserved a recliner that day. Michelle sent us home with the information and measurements for our three favorite sofas, so we could decide which would work best in the space and view them online if we wanted. When we went back a few days later, it was Michelle's day off. However, the assistant manager found our paperwork from Michelle, wrote up the sale of the sofa we picked, finalized the recliner sale, and set up the delivery of both. She was also very nice and efficient. The delivery crew was prompt, efficient and very friendly. Overall a wonderful experience. Five stars for sure!

The first night we came in was just when they were closing. Michelle Hoover was very polite about it and did not rush us at all. She took some notes for when we came back and was totally prepared for us. We did make a purchase and will be back in the future!

I was so pleased with Ilze, Design Consultant at Van Drie’s in Cadillac. She showed me their lift chairs and I picked one out. She told me to try it and it was better than I expected; it should be delivered in two weeks and we are looking forward to receiving it. Ilze was a joy to work with. We connected so well that we gave each other a hug at the end of our transaction.

Prices were better than box stores could offer. Sales associates were very helpful, they were not pushy, and gave me time to look over products and think about what I wanted. They made it extremely painless, the products I needed were in stock and available right away. I worked with Robyn and Joe in the appliances and they were both very easy to work with and had great advice and opinions that were helpful and not just for a sale. Will definitely go back and recommend them.

Michelle was our sales person at the cadillac vandries. She was so informative about our adjustable bed. She answered all our questions plus some.

Cassie Heyd helped us with our loveseat. After trying out several, she listened to what each one had that we liked and disliked and led us to the most perfect couch that has what we wanted. She is awesome!

We are really looking forward to our sofa, arriving in April. Based upon our experience so far, it will be a wonderful addition. Laura has been superb in helping us. She is knowledgeable, cordial, thorough and has gone beyond in providing information we have requested. She is the best representative Van Dries could possibly have.

Great customer service from Robyn. She greeted us when we entered the store but then let us browse the store. As soon as we were ready she was available to answer all our questions. She was professional, patient and friendly. I never felt as if she was trying to sell us something we didn't want. Her main focus was making sure we had a great shopping experience, which we did!

After shopping around N. Michigan for the last few weeks from Traverse City to Alpena we ventured down to Cadillac and stopped at Vandries where we were greeted by Cathy upon entering the building. She was polite and offered to help us with any questions we may have but suggested we look around and the she would be available whenever we had any questions. She assured us she would give us some time to browse and then catch up with us shortly to see how we were doing. It was a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in. True to her word she waited several minutes before approaching us again and then answered our questions and helped us to complete a purchase on 3 pieces of furniture we were interested in.
It was a very enjoyable shopping experience which was different than most of our previous excursions to other furniture stores where the sales people wouldn't give us any breathing space and followed and hounded us throughout the stores.
We found furniture in the price range we were interested in, were treated great, and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Once thought to be out of my price range and one of the most expensive furniture suppliers in the region- VanDrie of Cadillac has now become a local store that I simply cannot afford to miss out on. Not only did Cassie Heyd listen to me and get a feel for my style right away- but she also heard and adhered to my price point, keeping me in a range that I was comfortable with and proud of. She turned one of the worst experiences of my life into a fresh new start specifically tailored for myself, my daughter and our new chapter. She could have up-sold me with ease and to be quite frank, given my vulnerable state- I wasn’t far off from having walked that plank willingly. Instead, she honed in on my cues for both style and price and went as far as reviewing pictures of my home to be sure we were choosing fabric with the proper undertones and longevity for my household. I shopped everywhere between Cadillac and Traverse City; discount and online stores, big box stores, custom furnishing stores and everything in between. On a whim I stopped in and my weeks long journey for a living room was over in 45minutes. This experience has solidified all of my furniture needs for the future as I will shop no other store front. If they don’t have something I’m searching for-I have faith they will find it and deliver it at the best price available with the best quality and warranties on the market. Do yourself a favor and seek out Cassie Heyd. You will leave feeling confident in your purchase and proud to have invested in a local family as well as your own. I've been buying furniture from Vandries for many years and this by far was the best experience! Cathy was my sales person for my new Tempur Pedic! She was not pushy or annoying and helped in every way possible! She was extremely patient with me ( that's a big purchase! ) and went above and beyond to give me every deal possible. I highly recommend her if you go in there!!! Ask for Cathy!!!
