AT&T Store

This store is highly recommended the staff there is great a very friendly even if one is helping A customer the other two will be there to help. Also, one will get the phone one will get the same by the other is preparing the transaction and transferring the information they all seem to get along and work together crack jokes all day seems like it’s more of a family than a work relationship, it seems they care for each other a lot. I’ve even seen them ask each other what do they want for Food and if one doesn’t have one usually they’ll buy it so to have your problem resolved and a solution to a problem you have North Brady AT&T team And store is highly recommended 10 out of 10..

This store is a friendly reminder that there is still good customer service out there, that's truly for the customer! Although my issue wasn't resolved (no fault of AT&T ), they took the time to address my concerns and help anyway they could. Thanks, AT&T!!!😁 MUST READ!!!!!

SO the paragraph before was my first experience, and it still stands. I had to return to attempt to finish & resolve the issue I was having. I visited the store totaling 4 occasions. All 4 times I was given respectable customer care * On the 4th visit, I didn't have a bit of hope for a resolution that I could be satisfied with. I WAS WRONG. The employee I encountered was new to my situation. with my reservations, I wasn't thinking that it was able to be resolved because I was expecting it to be a. management problem to my Surprise, Mariah told me to have a seat, and She began to investigate. By first calling the manager to speak to him about the situation. I still thought that this was just gonna be a waste of time, but she decided to take on the challenge. After about 3 hours dedicated to this problem She came up with the solution. This surprised me cause the manager was not able to resolve the issue. Another employee wasn't able to resolve the issue. But Mariah took on the challenge, and the beauty of true customer service
She went above and beyond what I expected in the level of effort to help .a customer and would not settle for anything less i expected. Just another well, you'll have to come back. She made my day my week. starting this New Year in a positive outlook. For me . times have been tough lately. And this was a very refreshing , Aunheard of display of professionalism. Customer service Is about the customer, She wanted to make sure that I was taken care of because she would expect the same in return. if it was her and in the same situation .. I was so surprised how, . She made me feel like I actually mattered. in today's world. You just don't find that anywhere. I'm speechless on how well she is. At the' job as a customer service representative and took care of the customer. I'm shocked that she's not management or managing managers. This store has a great gift of this employee, so I highly recommend that If you are thinking of AT&T and you visit. ANY of the stores in the Quad Cities! YOU MUST go to the one on Brady Street. DAVENPORT IA and ask for. Mariah !!!! 1

Quan is the best representative I’ve ever had hands down!! ATT!!! Friendly and dependable!! He is knowledgeable and understands what you need. No, questions asked, he is transparent and no games. You can trust Quan to give me what I need and to give great service and support!! Had a great experience after one bad one!! Makes a difference when a person knows what they are doing!! 🎯. Quan deserves employee of the year!!

Worked with Brandon and Mariah yesterday it was a long process but they got our 10 lines switched over and they kept us entertained store had great energy everyone was is in a great mood you can actually tell that these guys enjoy their jobs and take pride in what they do anyone looking for new service check them out on Brady across the street from papa John’s you will love the service

Brandon was very knowledgeable and actually talked me into bringing my line over from Verizon he did a very good job of explaining everything to me step by step so I wasn't confused and he also kept me entertained like he was doing the process very chill guy anyone looking for quick and efficient service come to this store you'll be pleased with the service you'll get;

Quan is the best employee in the store he helped me enroll in first net and get my first net watch and new iPhone 15 set up and transferred in under 30 minutes he did it so quick that I thought it was a joke but all my contacts photos and messages even the wallpaper transferred over was very happy with this process and recommended highly.

The manager Brandon was very nice and respectful he got my upgrade done quickly he was also very funny made a boring experience very delightful I recommend for anybody looking for service come see Brandon on brady you'll get the best service!!!

Brandon H helped us and that's why I'm giving this location 5stars because he was phenomenal. He was extrememly knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the people at the 53rd St store.

The best experience I've ever had at any AT&T store. My phone crashed while I was out of town, and I was in a time pinch, and these guys helped me out tremendously. Keilan(sp?) was the store manager, and Don was the associate that helped me, and both were absolutely stand-up guys and fantastic at their jobs and could not have been helpful. If you are in the Davenport area, I highly recommend stopping here for any and all AT&T services. Thank you so much, guys.

I always receive great service here. They take care of all most cellular needs and are very pleasant and easy to work with. The management staff is hands down the best I’ve dealt with in retail. I went to this AT&T store because I was having trouble with my phone.

I explained the issues I was having with my phone and was shown an upgrade model. I mentioned that I had a protection plan on my current phone. The reps at the store stopped trying to sell me a phone and explained the process for filing a claim on my current phone.

I went online, easily submitted the claim, and it was immediately approved.

The reps at this store saved me hundreds of dollars today, for which I am very grateful. They could have pushed a sale on me, but they didn't. Instead, they did what was best for me, a customer.

It's this kind of service that will keep me coming back. And, of course, my friends and family will hear about how well I was treated today.

Great atmosphere funny people great service

I always put off going to the AT&T store because I feel like I don’t know enough to ask for the right help. I tried the the Brady Street store for the first time and had a great experience! David worked through all my issues and got me set up- highly recommend!

My hubby and I went here after being rudely treated at a different AT&T location and we were SO impressed. Extremely helpful, patient, willing to help us through some questions and complications we had, and so friendly!! Will only go to this store from now on!! Thank you!

Great group and of sales reps I came in exactly a month ago for an upgrade and now I’m here for my watch … they have great culture and great energy
