I just had a great experience at this store tonight! They were very friendly, helpful and patient while my kids were picking out phones. We needed to do several things including new phones, changing numbers and adding lines and getting different prices. I think the lady's name was Abby, she was great! Also the other employee ( i don't remember his name) helped us out and put on my son's screen protector while Abby finished our order. The manager/ maybe owner Steven was also in there for a short time and he was very nice too!! I've had cricket for almost 6 years now, i haven't always had the greatest of customer service experiences with cricket but now I've found a store that does. I'll keep going back to this store for sure!

James was outstanding, Cricket in general is worthless when it comes to customer service. But James just hung in there despite himself being on hold with retail customer support. In the end, I just cancelled the previous service and opened a new account with James. We need more customer support like him. Thanks James

The customer service was GREAT & associate knew what he was doing & answered the right questions and got everything in service correct and made sure everything worked . Thank you 🙌🏼👍🏼.

Great Store and service! The staff are knowledgeable and have accessories in stock. After having 2 bad experiences with the Cricket store in Metro Center mall, I now make this one my regular store.

It just seems like this is the only store that we end up going back to to get new phones. We went to a couple others when we're just satisfied so it was nice to go to this one where we ended up getting our phones more than once
