Great atmosphere and always provide good recommendation along with Non-pushy sales. Have been into other supplement stores in the QC and most the time end up with a teenage sales consultant trying to sell me products I'm not interested in. At Optimal for the last 4+ years it has been the same 2 or 3 consultants helping me and have never felt like I was being pressured into buying something. Very personable and helpful employees. I also think it's a locally owned business so that's a big plus for me too.

New to town. First time we got a huge hook up. Second time was an online order that was ready super fast. Friendly staff and great selection of product. Your support of veterans is amazing. This Is our new supplement store for sure. Recommending to everyone!

Hands-down the best supplement store I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and never use the typical high pressure sales you might find elsewhere. The products at Optimal Nutrition & Supplements are legit, effective, and reasonably priced.

I'm frequently at the gym kt3 and have met 2 down range people. 1 cofounder and other guy didn't catch his name. Both were kind and supportive. The 2nd guy taught me proper form once at kt3. Will definitely be supporting down range for a long time appreciate both of y'all 🙏💪highly recommend

Awesome and knowledgeable staff. They listen to you when you have questions and get you want you need. They don’t cram random products down your throat. They are great to work with too. Buy a flavored product and don’t like the taste, they will let you exchange it out for a different one. Keep up the great work guys!

Great place! It is veteran owned. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. If you are just getting started taking supplements they will help you figure out what you need for the goals you have set. They are very supportive of the military, veterans, and law enforcement.

Every time I go into the shop I am greeted by the friendly staff and they are always willing to help. I've always had a great experience with Optimal. They carry real supplements not just the cheap stuff. Adam is one of the most knowledgeable people I know with that stuff. Ask him anything and he will tell you down to the ingredients. If he doesn't know then he'll find out for you. They also offer FREE body composition scans!

Whether it’s general health products or muscle building supplements, optimal nutrition has the best products available on the market!! Their product knowledge and customer service simply can not be beat!! Super fun environment and more of a personal experience shopping there. They make sure to get you what you need based on your goals, unlike most places are just there to sell you something and could care less. I will not shop anywhere else. And their preworkout formulated in house, “downrange supplements” is by far the best tasting and hardest hitting pre with no bs fillers and you get a full 30 servings unlike most will only give you 25. Five star rated shop for sure!!

Wade @ Optimal Nutrition has helped me get on the right supplement plan to get the results I wanted. I am 40 years old and was having issues with cutting weight and sore joints after work outs. Only 4 weeks into his plan I have lost 15 pounds and look the leanest i have ever looked in a long time.
