The Home Depot

The last few times I've come to this location I've been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. The store is stocked, clean and well taken care of. I also had a return in one of my visits and the lady had shorter red curly hair. She helped us find the purchase on a card (this sort of thing would be inconvenient at other establishments) but she was so kind and had no problem doing that for us. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Great employees. I especially like the service manager Frank. He is helpful and funny.

My wife and myself went into store on 75th av and McDowell Rd. On 8/24/2023. We haven’t been to Home Depot in 15 years, due to our past experience, we decided we would go to competitive store “Lowe’s” which we go at least twice per month for the last 15 years. After going to Home Depot yesterday, out of need. I will continue going back going forward. Because of the gentleman that Helped us on this day. This goes to show after 15 years, one person can turn everything around. He is ,by far one of the best employees we have ever met. He went out of his way to asst: us, and explained how to do our repair, help me to get what was needed and what was in my price range. This gentleman name was Jeromy M. I hope he is appreciated for turning things around and bringing us back!

I wasn't really sure what I was looking for I had a problem to solve and I wanted some others opinion on how I might solve it I had several ideas But after talking with several employees and looking at different solutions there it helped me alot I didn't buy anything Spent about 20mins looking at ideas I had to solve my problem They all didn't work But I did come up with some new ideas The employees were all very helpful I talked with four of them

They have a retired police officer as a loss prevention team member with a body camera recording, gun and taser on duty. He is a great asset and very experienced 👮🏻‍♂
I would suggest the store also hires one more security for the parking lot. I was harassed by a daily laborer who was trying to help me to move my shopping cart to my car. I observed about 30 daily laborers hanging out in the area.
You cannot use the restroom on your own. Someone has to open it for you and they won’t share the code. That prevents drug usage and theft.

They were very professional and very polite people. Thank you home Depot for getting me unloaded you guys did an awesome job.

Friendly staff and well stocked store. Also a very clean store. For smaller parts Home Depot is a good place to start looking.

Very good. Awkward corner location. But very good service, excellent equipment rental. Speedy & professional, in and out with no time wasted. Much better than renting some where else.

Every body knows home depot is one of good places to go get anything will need for are houses

Great employees & service found what we needed right away

I originally came in for a gallon of specially mixed paint to match a our cool deck that had been refinished. The first gallon was no bueno for a match. I came back in Edwin helped me out. He was crazy focused on getting a great match. Tried to alter the gallon I had and then gave up and proceeded with a different brand. Yarali chipped in as well. I took the new can home, painted the outside fireplace and family and friends gave a review saying it was the perfect match! Special props to them both! Thanks.

I'm really fond of Home Depot. The employees at Home Depot are friendly & helpful. Previously I had favored Lowe's, but I've had better experiences at Home Depot the last 2 years. Store is organized & never have a problem finding what I need. Employees are helpful, kind, and professional. I have no complaints.

Joe was incredibly helpful with helping me find the correct tile, locating enough supply, and sending me over to the right location for pick up! Recommend this location

Best manager I’ve seen in a while.. man by the name of Frank was super friendly and energetic, overall had a great attitude towards everyone I saw him interact with

Knowledgeable staff way to find supplies and most everything is always in stock. What more can you ask for? These guys know what's up and have the right tools and parts for any job.

To those who are complaining that the shelf price is wrong, match the product with the shelf tag. Things get moved around, this isn't a grocery store.
To those complaining they couldn't get a Christmas tree when they obviously had ZERO in the picture YOU provided, I can't wait to get a ticket to your land of make believe and magic where staff conjure up products with their wands.
The staff here is great, in spite of the entitled customers they have to deal with. They get the job done and when treated with respect, offer it in return. Keep it up!

Nice location and very well stocked

I had items from 2 orders that I was returning. One was straightforward and went right through. The second order number couldn't be found in the system. The customer service person patiently checked, rechecked, and called corporate to figure it out. AND, she also helped the next three customers when she was on hold with corporate. Her attitude was exemplary!!
