Adrian in appliances was super helpful and checked to make sure they had my product in stock before we drove all the way down. Very friendly and made our experience great!

Really upset w/this Lowe's bcuz I asked for help w/the veteran discount option & the person telling me that it went thru & yet I asked her to sho me on the receipt but first she acted as if I didn't talk to her then finally she couldn't bcuz I didn't get it. Pretty pissed about this bcuz if ur going to put people in that position they should at least kno what they're doing. Thx Lowe's.

Lowes is the place to go when working.on your garden. I was able to get post for my chicken coop today. The chicken seems thankful.

This is my favorite Lowes, in Goodyear. The Garden Center is amazing and I love the selection and service out there!

While walking into Lowe's normally there are few people working walking around which can be off putting. While searching for anything not labeled on the big signs there, but today while walking through I was asked politely if I needed help while searching and that was very helpful. Arthur was professional and friendly and because of his outstanding customer service I would recommend this store to others.

Went in there for a spare key and Gale took care of me. He is the man. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. I always appreciate great customer service and gale delivered that for me. I hope management sees this so that he can be recognized. Thank you gains Gale.

Great selection and great customer service in and out fast

We love this store. Everyone is very friendly, and every trip we are asked if we are finding everything we need at least once. The store is organized and usually pretty clean. The garden section is a wonderful place. We get all of our home improvement things here. I usually find what I am looking for or something that will do on every trip.

They also have reserved parking for veterans and we submitted my husband's Dd214 and now we get the military discount every time we checkout without having to verbally ask for it which makes my husband feel better. He is not one to brag about his 10 years of service.

Our family lured my husband into the store to let him pick any grill he wanted for Father's day. The guys that helped us were great, they spent quite awhile trying to track down the grill he wanted, but we had to go get it from another store. I was very appreciative that they took the time and refused to give us one that even looked damaged. They had the other store pull one so we wouldn't have to wait any longer. It was in & out. Thank you Lowes team!

Was busy, got what I needed and used the self check. Still don't like them

Went for some wood. Found a few straight pieces. Was over charged. They want me to go to customer service to fix it. And it was their mistake. SMH

Went in for a few items. Found them fairly quickly. Only issue is they want everyone to use the self check. I don't like that!

I bought an item online. This time it went a lot smoother than the last time I ordered online. Was at the store when promised, and they were able to find the order quickly.
