Sportsman's Warehouse

I placed an order on Sportsman's website for two rifles and selected this location for store pick up. I received an email notification that my order was ready, inside of that email was a link to make an appointment. I arrived at the store today about ten minutes before my appointment and walked back to the gun counter. There were two employees working the counter, I was greeted immediately and I let them know I had an appointment to pick up an online order. He said no problem, I didn't need to take a number, I will be helped next because it was my appointment time.

The transaction was easy, I filled out the form electronically with a tablet at the counter, they verified serial numbers a couple of times and I was on my way. While I was at the gun counter, I noticed the two employees would acknowledge the customers as they walked up to browse. That's great customer service, even if there is just a short wait. I also ordered ammo but I had to pick that up at the front of the store with customer service, no big deal.

If you know the firearm you want to purchase, this is a great place to order from and pick up in-store. Their website tells you approximately how many days for delivery and the process is simple.

I'd just like to say the staff here is great!!! They're knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with all questions and needs. The inventory fluctuates depending on what you're looking for but overall it's a great selection. The store is always clean and well maintained. Wait times can be pretty long for some sections, depending on what you're there for, but that's to be expected. Definitely gained a return customer. Thanks to all the staff at Sportsman Warehouse!

Very nice selection and spacious. Only saw the firearms section, but that was just a part of the whole store. Can't wait to go back when I have more time. The guy that helped me was knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. And gave good recommendations on optics I was searching for. I didn't feel rushed even though several customers were waiting. It was a pleasure shopping here. I highly recommend this store.

Ron went out of his way to answer all my questions and why it is wise to get a concealed carry permit if you are going to carry a gun. His CCW training held at Ben Avery was excellent The time on the range was invaluable. I great place for all your gun needs. I highly recommend

Usually, it has what I'm looking for. Prices are a bit higher than other sports stores but close. Hit and miss on getting knowledgeable help. I recommend them it's overall good.

There is a good selection here. I usually go with my husband, who takes forever in this store. But there's a lot to look at, and always interesting things to hold my interest while husband shops. There's camping, fishing, clothes, sunglasses, and hunting, just to name a few. I always find good holiday gifts too.

Went to get some gear. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and skilled in his duty and job. His name is Wyatt. His name said it all, and I knew I would be in good hands. went in to pick up an order, although they were pretty slammed w. customers and the wait was longer than I expected, and I was weary in the beginning about shopping here because of the reviews on yelp, the gun associate Abraham was amazing! made the process for purchasing a firearm super smooth. he was very informative and made us feel comfortable. the manager Jacob C was also super nice!

Love this place for all my camping and outdoor needs. I buy all my guns and ammo from them usually as they are usually the cheapest place around. The folks there are real knowledgeable too.
