Nice store. Clean and organized. The staff was friendly. They asked why I was taking pictures, I let them know it was for my Google guides hobby. They were professional, courteous and understanding. They also had the ink cartridge I was looking for. Good experience all around.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty good selections of merchandise and sales, depending on what you're looking for . Only downsides are going to be selections for video games, they looked pretty depleted and console accessories were commonly in the wrong location. Not a huge problem though. Still reccomend.

Billy helped me pick out a Gaming laptop for my son and a Tablet for my nephew. He was so kind and patient and he also went above and beyond answering all my questions and taking time to show me the difference in each computer. This was a big ticket purchase so I had loads of questions but Billy never once seemed frustrated. This is the type of customer service I wish all businesses would show. Kuddos to Billy and to Best buy for training their employees do well. I will be back!

I was on a time crunch I went in their to get a Z fold phone where I couldn’t find anywhere else in phoenix I was greeted by every employee I walked past Mathew got me in and out with the phone I needed and I made it to my friends birthday in time to gift him the phone

This is my first visit to this store with my husband. The store was clean and everyone was seemed helpful.

I came here looking for a laptop. After I did a lot of research and since my husband already has MacBook and mine was an iPad, I then decided to choose willing to give a try to Microsoft Surface.

Thomas was a very helpful to us. He explained very detailed about different kind of products of Surface.

He seemed very detailed and knowledgeable regarding the product he explained. Though the parking lot was a very tight but I love the environment of this store.

There was a lot of room to walk. Products were placed nicely and pleasantly in the eyes.

Best Buy is a fun friendly place to shop! Employees are well Knowledgeable and always friendly. I was 76 cents short when I was paying for an item I needed real bad and instead of having to come back the cashier took care of the 76 cents I was amazed and couldn't believe it!! 5 STAR FOR BEST BUY AND ITS EMPLOYEES!!!! 👍👌

Today I purchased a phone and was short and concise about what I wanted; there was no pressure, just some great suggestions within my parameters and I was in and out of the store with the perfect phone in under twenty minutes. Came in here for a printer and the amount of help is highly exceptional. Wasn’t quite sure which printer would work good for my home business, but the representatives there helped me pick out an amazing all in one printer that will do everything I need to get done.

Went in looking for wifi extender and the sales guy that assisted me took his time to explain the difference in the brands and also guided me on the best bang for my buck.Will definitely go back

So I was building my own pc and was having some trouble wiring the parts together, so I went to Best Buy for Geek Squad to help me. The employee there named Saleem helped me out tremendously! He was very knowledgeable about the parts and gave confirmation on what I did and gave me plenty of insight on what was going on inside the computer.
