AT&T Store

Logan did a great job. 👏🏼 got my phone updated and successfully transferred it to new phone. Also saved me over $100/month with some account changes and direct payment. Great customer service 👍🏼

Logan did great. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would send anyone I know in there to deal with him he was so quick and thorough with everything and super comforting about my situation! 10 out of 10 and the store was clean and he acknowledged me as soon as I walked in apologized for my very short wait being he was the only one working at that time

I stopped by the store on 7/22/23 to upgrade my iPhone. Logan helped me and was amazing, he's very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for, explained the differences between my old iPhone and the new ones and helped me get everything set up and working before I left the store.

Finally was able to get my Father to give up the flip phone he has so strongly held on to for years for a new Galaxy. I would like to thank staff member Ryan for all his help, knowledge and polite personality. If it weren't for Ryan the transition undoubtedly wouldn't have gone so smoothly!

The staff at this location go above and beyond to help their customers! I brought my elderly parents here to get help setting up pre-paid and keep their same number from a different carrier. I'm sure that they don't make hardly any commission to help with this but they still took the time to help, even to the extent of calling customer service and spending painful amounts of time and frustration to complete the process. I can't say enough good things about this location and it's highly professional staff members! Thank you to you all.

I went in to purchase a new iPad, I was immediately greeted and the associate working with me was able to answer all my questions to choose the best product for me. He even went above and beyond to demonstrate a working tablet for some specific feature designs I had interest in. It was a great experience. We are very happy long term customers, and experiences like these are why!

The store worker was working alone at the time and was very courteous and polite to everyone that showed up. He helped me with my phone issue and helped me with my options to resolve the issue.

Rob and Lora were awesome in problem solving the difficult transferring of data/texts from my old phone to the new one. Their expertise in various products they sell with their friendly, kind costumer service were outstanding and made the hour go by quickly and was actually fun! Not like previous experiences with phone issues. Yay, Rob n Lora🙂

Had the best experience I've ever had in a cell phone store here. Alan and his staff were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took care of all of my needs and even brought up a few things about my service that I hadn't thought of. This is now my go to store for my cellular needs. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We have been AT&T customers for many years now. We’ve always had a great experience when we go in to upgrade or add new. Renee the store manager was the one who helped us today. Matt & DJ were awesome! Matt helped me get a phone plan without having any credit & I’m thankful for that! Matt has also helped me get the best deal & I truly believe that. DJ had given me a lot of information, as well as Matt. Matt & DJ, both, worked as a team & I love seeing coworkers help each other when they aren’t busy! Hands down, the best phone experience I’ve had so far. They made me feel welcomed the second I entered the store.

Although I didn't end up getting a phone plan, your employee Rob was very patient and thorough as we went thru my credit check and different phone/plan options. I'm still window shopping for the best deal/phone plan around but if/when I do decide to join AT&T, I'll be coming back here to see him.

Had an excellent experience everytime. Good and knowledgeable staff. Reighdyn was patient when helping set up my girlfriend on my account even with all the phone tag we had to play with her family. We were both very satisfied with the service we received.

Seems like this place is under new management. These guys are great! The manager, Alan, explained everything so well during my upgrade so there weren't any surprises. And it turns out he's a huge Bengals fan! WHO DEY!

Had wonderful experience purchasing 2 new phones and a few hundred in extras , Dred and Laura were great to work with and went above and beyond to set up phones and explain new features, I am sincerely thankful for two individuals who take their job seriously and have the patience to deal with seniors who are lacking in tech savvy! This team is A TEAM , Give them a raise !

I went in today and bought a new iPhone 12. The guys there are definitely great at what they do and they helped me set up my new phone and answered every question I had. Stop by and check them out for all your phone and accessory needs! You won’t be disappointed!!

ATT sent me a replacement phone for a 3G phone it wants to get rid of. I had no trouble activating the new phone but moving the contacts was a problem. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Awesome!

The folks at this store were very helpful. I came in to complain about my bill but they were able to save me money and add more things to my plan for less money. I will be going back when I’m ready to add my son on my account!
