Came in needing a last-minute balloon arrangement. The employee that helped me was very courteous and patient and had everything done in about 20 minutes while I browsed next door at Ross.

Lisa, LaToya and Cam were fantastic! They all have great customer service and went above and beyond to get me the balloons I needed for 2 birthdays at the last minute while the ice cream cake was in car! The friendliness, service and speed were superb from beginning to end!! Thanks y’all, the cake made it!!!

LaToya was an absolute angel for helping my fiancé & I prepare for our engagement party! She was such a helping hand and made our balloon set looked perfect! This woman deserves some recognition. Thank you so much LaToya you are the best!!!!

I went in to get 40 12" ballons. Zack was extremely friendly. She greeted me with a smile. Made eye contact! She was very helpful went it came to pricing and answered all my questions. We held a conversation as she was patient with me. I like the company to know she has exquisite customer service. Thank you once again again Zack!

Day before Halloween; the place is a madhouse, yet the staff is super professional, in great moods, and on top of it everything. Wow.

Even busy, they took the time to help me with a rather large Halloween animatronic to include helping me get it into the car.

LaToya, Patrick and Jason are the people to see if you need help. They were extremely helpful when I visited Party City to pickup balloons for my daughters birthday.

I went here for a baby shower for my second cousins sisters mom, the staff is amazing the cashier which i belobe was named Cam helped me out he was fantastic, baby shower saved!

The girls helped piece together my idea very well into a balloon bouquet! Which was loved🌲❤ keep up the great service!

We had the best customer service from Flavia! She was extremely helpful by phone with locating a very popular Halloween Animatronic that we desperately wanted for our yard display. She went above and beyond to help which was truly appreciated. When we arrived at the store to pick up, Flavia, Greg and Tom helped us with our purchase. Thank you so much and I hope they get recognized for their superb customer service and friendliness!

Michael and Rachel were very helpful and professional despite having a line going around the store. I would love to have these 2 individuals on my team when it comes to customer service. Job well done

Helpful staff in locating everything for our Luau themed baby shower. Thankful most items available & items that were not were purchased at an Indiana Party City. Both locations have great prices. 78753 Austin location needs to update prices...same items we purchased were $1-3 more than Round Rock & Indiana location. Not a big deal on a few items but when you purchase over $250 an additional $1-3 per item adds up. Thankful to have a party store for any theme year around. Visited Fri 7-27 & returned a few products 8-1. Both visits staff very helpful & friendly.

I have mixed reviews for today's trip(10/28/20) I ordered two items curbside which I came to round rock since the store closest to me was out of one item. Anyway, I got a call that one item was actually unavailable, refunded, etc and if I had questions to call. I need to costume for spirit week at work that I wasn't aware of until last night. Jaylen (spelling?) Left me a message, very polite, and I got her when I called back. I asked if there was anything to replace the out of stock item, similar, gave her some options I saw on the website and asked for her help in desperation. She went and looked, found something, gave me a sku to lookup. I had the website already open and just agreed. I'm not too picky. When she was picking up the call to give me her findings I could tell someone was next to her complaining to her about helping me and telling me to just come in. Guess what, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jaylen provided exceptional customer service! I have worked in the service industry for 10 years in various roles and this is the kind of employees you want. Be like Jaylen. On top of her making my life stress free, I came in to pay and grab my curbside item so no one would have to run that out. In the meantime, I picked up 4 things by the door doubling my ticket item. I wasn't rude or demanding. I wasn't a Karen. I asked her to assist me with replacing something I was under the impression your store had. I hope many blessings find Jaylen and she continues to be an exceptional person 💜

The 5 star is obviously for Jaylen...

Update: got my items home. The veil was sold as a "final sale, no refund" without disclosure AND a flower is missing from the headband. The other headband I bought is much too big and falls off. Tried using hair clips to no avail.

Had a very last minute trip to the Round Rock location on Dec.19th 2020, I had no idea what I was looking for but it needed to be pretty because it was for my daughters 18 bday. I left very pleased with some gorgeous balloons that were suggested by an employee but the name of Lily, she was very helpful, kind & knowledgeable. Another employee also helped with filling the balloons & she too was very helpful & kind, her name is Juliana. I was very pleased with my trip to the Round Rock party city & will continue to shop there.

Great selection for kid's parties! Tons of themed balloons, party favors, and plates/cups etc. Highly recommend getting the 'Balloon Bag' if you get inflated balloons (Keeps them altogether). However I do not recommend getting the 24 hour balloon insurance unless it's some large/special balloon. They're temporary anyways, so if it pops I'm not likely to bother with the trip back out there to get it replaced.

Staff was super helpful. The variety of themed wrapping paper ane gifts was better than Walmart and Target combined!

As with all stores these days in Austin, pretty picked over, but the staff did their best to find what I needed for my company Christmas party... I'm very satisfied and a happy customer.

This location is ideal for your party needs. They offer a pretty significant variety of do it yourself party plans. We needed graduation supplies like balloons, table cloths and accessories and got everything we wanted.

Yesterday (10/05) I was with my son at the store in Round Rock and we were surprised by the costumed workers. A very kind boy named Randy who greeted us with a real welcome. He and a girl did activities with the children. That made my son happy. Congratulations Party City.
