Can’t emphasize enough how appreciative I am of the people at the printing center. Not only did they print my rush order within 20 minutes, but also went above and beyond with cutting to size, laminating, and trimming again. My company was on a serious time crunch with this project, and staples made it happen. I didn’t get her name, but I am endlessly thankful for her hard work and care.

The only reason I’m taking the time to write this review is to commend Dale at printing services for his outstanding customer service. Staples online ordering is such a mess. Our business card order from a week ago was delayed and the courier delivery was canceled. This wasn’t the local store’s fault, and yet he went out of his way to make sure we received our order. Thanks Dale for your service!

We spoke with Mark at the print station and he was amazing to work with! He was patient and kind and beyond helpful!! He went above and beyond to help us with our printing needs! Give this man a raise!

The staff was helpful even when I wasn't entirely sure what I was doing, lol. I had to print some art of varying sizes and didn't have them on a flash drive. They directed me to an email where you can send images for print, helped me pick the paper and printed the images until I was happy with them. I had a coupon that should have worked but didn't so they honored that as well. Printing is usually a hassle but this was really a smooth experience.

This visit to the Staples store near Mason was really nice. We were greeted by a very friendly lady once we entered the store. I mentioned 'markers' to my daughter as she continued to another aisle and a really nice guy spoke up and said I'd find the dry markers, starting from a position he indicated to another area where the permanent markers began. He was sure to tell me that he'd be close by if I needed anything else. Not pushy or intrusive. Just pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Michael, who I believe was a manager, greeted me, helped me locate the section of the store I needed, and when the product wasn't on the shelves, he went and got it for me from the back. It was a sale item, and it was in stock, just like the website had indicated. Great experience.

So fast and easy! I ordered flyers and was sent an email to pick them up in a couple of hours, and they look great! Thank you!

The staff will go out of their way to help you find what you want. The layout of the store is perfect too, everything is pretty accessible and the ink is nicely organized by brand and number. Great store, love going there :)
