I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Jorge at AT&T, and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only did he help me upgrade my phone and lower my payments, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my grandmother, who speaks Spanish, fully understood the process by translating everything for her. His dedication and exceptional service made it a 10/10 experience for me, and as a long-time loyal customer, I can confidently say we need more people like Jorge on the team. Highly recommend!

Jorge was so great helping me set up my account with my new phone. He took his time and was incredibly patient helping me reset my passwords to get logged in. These are the type of reps that go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I appreciate the kindness and sincerity he provided to me and my son. Thank you Jorge!!

I had the best experience buying a new iPhone from Abbey! She answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and she walked me through the process so seamlessly. She laid out multiple options for me and made the entire experience so pleasant! 10/10 recommend this location and would definitely ask for Abbey to assist you!

Jorge greeted us at the door and proceeded to help us upgrade two phones. He also helped us save money by signing us up for DirectTv, which we did not plan, but we’re thankful he did. He made sure to make us aware of any discounts available. All in all, a great experience.

Manny at Southpark Meadows AT&T was very knowledgeable and helped me in a short amount of time! He’s helped me before about a year or so ago and he knows his stuff very well so thanks Manny!!!! Two thumbs up!!

Abbey was wonderful and patient. She was able to get my account straightened out, in order to active a warranty replacement watch.

Firstnet doesn’t make it easy to get a replacement device activated, but she made it happen.

Abbey took the time and patience to work with our families and fix a watch issue we've been having with FirstNet for almost a month! After multiple attempts she was able to come up with a solution that works for all of us and more importantly work for the new watch! Did you know you can get asurion home protection for your entire house? Abbey also taught us about that. Abbey was kind, knowledgeable and PATIENT enough to figure out our troubles and actually help us, after many frustrating phone calls to customer service, we should have come here FIRST! Thanks Abbey!

Abby Diaz was fantastic.

She helped us navigate changing our family plan t mobile to at& and went the extra mile to upgrade out phones and our demands to keep some numbers and to change others.

She let us reschedule appointments as we decided on what changes and every time she greeters and worked with us like we were her most important clients

All four of us thought Abby did an outstanding job on each and every visit

If 10 is the best rating then Abby deserves a 10.

I had hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at an at&t store at this location with Shawn Dugas. He greeted me right as I walked in, guided me with so much valuable information + much appreciated honesty, and exhibited so much patience as I changed my mind a few times about which color phone I wanted to get...!

Walking in, I was a bit overwhelmed as my intention was to get a new phone and a single line after being on a family line for so long, but Shawn made it so quick and easy and we had a wonderful conversation along the way. Walking out, I felt empowered as an independent account holder, excited about my new phone, and grateful that I fell into Shawn's hands for this experience!

10/10 would recommend this location, and won't be going anywhere else!

Very nice experience. Manager and employees were super friendly and helpful.

It's a great feeling to be helped out by someone who knows their job and the product well. I recently had my phone stolen and the staff at this location made the whole process seamless and painless. They offered a ton of options to go with but in the end i submitted a claim for my stolen phone. I will definitely be coming back and sending anyone i know to them. A1 service.

Went to swap my phone because I got a new one and Fernando was able to assist me right away, answered all my questions & got my phone swapped with ease.

Jorge was very professional, attentive & informative. He exudes what customer service should be & he made our experience a good one. He also solved our problems with our phones.

I had a rather difficult situation with a trade in but the staff at this location were nothing but helpful. They made sure they did everything they could for me and were friendly the entire time. Specifically Fernando Q. Jr was the person helping me through the process and when I say this man could not have been any more helpful i mean that. I don't think I've ever written a review on google before but I'm writing one now. Hopefully that translates how pleased I was with this location and their staff.
