The bathrooms are disgusting, there's 0 paper towels. Some rude woman made excuses about costs and that someone can't clean the bathroom more than once a day. I go sounds like laziness and she flipped out for no reason and acted unprofessionally.

years buying in the 7 eleven but I see that every day they are less professional in their customer service this store waiting a long time and at last only in cash and the person who already had oy 2/22/2022 at 4:30 is the least Professional that they have, that's why they don't have more clients and they go to another store QT the results speak for themselves 7 elevate 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This happened at about 5:20 on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Hopefully, that let's the appropriate people know who was working at that time and correct disciplinary action can take place.

I stopped in cause I had to use the restroom and grab a Red Bull. I sat down on the toilet and jumped on Facebook (as most people do, if they're being honest). About 5 minutes in, a person knocks on the door. "Hey" I said to let the person know someone was in there. He apparently told the people who worked there, because about 10 minutes in, one of the employees begins hollering for me to get out while banging on the door. I started bringing things to a close and she started up again and I saw the lock move, so I'm pretty sure she was about to come in. When I did exit the bathroom, I was greeted by the same woman yelling in my face about the bathroom. I quietly walked past her and left.

I would wonder if this is usual behavior for this location, but I'm here enough to know that it's not. Guess she may have been having a bad day. But, taking it out on customers is the wrong way to go with it.

I had a disturbing visit today. I usually have a pleasant one but today I started my visit and used the restroom and my little brother waited outside. When I came out I said I wanted a sandwich so I went around to see more. At that time the store manager approach my brother like they were friends and said "Hey, I've seen you before" so I thought they knew each other. So when the manager walk a way my brother looked bothered so I was like whose that He goes idk but he thought I was stealing and asked me to pull out my pockets. And immediately I was speak with the manager and request a video and the police for profiling my brother. Not all black people steal. Also when he emptied out his pockets all he had was a cell phone like most teens. This is very disturbing to me because he would never do anything like this. His high school is right up the street, our church is a few blocks away, and we live in the neighborhood. I would've felt better with an apology to him but I don't think I'll be spending money there or any 7-11 even I mustered thousands of points because I usually get good customer service from all of them. Now I don't think so. Thanks for reading

I'm not sure how to describe but there is a guy looked like manager, Indian male at Wells Branch location. I did not look behind so I thought it was some random guy at first. I was paying for gas and was in line to pay the Indian female clerk when the manager got behind me in provoking manner and asked hey is there anything I can help you with multiple times. I felt so uncomfortable as if he was accusing me of robbing the store. First of all I no longer pay at the pump ever since news broke out about the fraud issue. I will no longer step foot as long as I'm feeling accused of a crime I never committed nor do I have a record.

They always only have one guy in the morning shift the guy hardly understands English and can bearly speak English 2 I'm not hating on the guy for that but come on he cant even work the register right and ring up the correct prices and always gets fustrated when you try to correct him in my opinion this has to be one of the worst 7/11 in that small area you will have a much better experience at one of the other 2 locations near by or with the circle k down the street get some more employees to help that guy or something because he surely doesn't know what he's doing in that store by him self.
