Five star Experience. Spoke with someone named Jude and he was able to point me right to the game I needed at the moment with a few suggestions based on the genre of video game I asked for. Will most definitely be stopping by again in the near future‼

Find Lea and promote to CEO. Best experience hands down. Extremely helpful. Knows a lot about the games and platforms. Helpful even in savings me some money. I'm going to go out of my way in the future just to go to this location.

This visit was not an employee error but he came through it like a pro.the computer system failed just as he completed my sale he held his self together quit well and assisted everyone in the store as best as he could

The team is great and always makes sure to point out games they know we'll want to pre order and has helped me on numerous occasions with Christmas/birthday/anniversary presents for the hubs since I don't game much.

Never had a bad experience here - and for anyone reading the reviews mentioning a specific manager giving them trouble, a tall bald white guy, he never gave me any problems and was always helpful... but he also no longer works there.

The staff is knowledgeable and passionate about games, any of them will tell you about your games of choice. With Pokemon doing their anniversary giveaways this year, I've been in here a lot.

I was contacted about my pre order and told that with trade ins toward the game I had pre ordered, that I would get an extra 40% on the trade in if I had an Elite membership. Well the person don't tell you on the phone that it is actually 20% of one amount and 20% of a different amount. The guy ringing me up even admitted that it confused him when he thought the same thing I did. The manager even commented that she had never been asked that before but she seen my point and the famous "Ill esculate this to corporate" came out....so how about letting the customer know that instead of 40% added to trade in, its 20% of this and 20% of that. Explain the disclaimer when trying to sell me on coming in over the phone.

Update: the store manager reached out and made things good on my discrepency with my trade ins and went above and beyond...change to five stars

I posted this review 2 years ago and in that time, I have used this store as my home store. Lea, the store manager, has been fantastic to me. I have recently moved and so this store will no longer be my home, but anyone near here, should visit, and especially due to her and how she conducts the store. She has went out of her way to make sure that all my discounts and trade in give me the maximum value...thanks Lea...

I think there has never been a GameStop I enjoy more than going to than this one. Leah who is one of my absolute favorites has always helped me in any need I may have. Even my little brother with his many questions she still has time to even help him. Although Leah is absolutely awesome there are many more people here that are extremely helpful to get the job done and help answer questions you may have. Always will be a huge fan of this location. Thanks again guys for all the great customer service!

Great store. Great environment. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. During my visit my daughter and I were assisted by Joshua who has a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to video games, anime, and all things sci-fi/ cool.
Joshua made shopping at this store an experience. Lively/helpful and entertaining conversations helped us hone in on our buying decisions.
We really enjoyed our visit here and this location is now our definite GameStop location of choice.

Lea at this store was the best GameStop Employee I have come across. She had a great spirit and I even heard on the phone and she was very pleasant with the person. GameStop might be better aligned to Employ more folks like her before its to late.

Came in to buy my son present for doing great at school, however I had no clue what to buy him. Very nice people that work at the store because they help me figure it out my son was very pleased with the game that I got him

I dont know about MrCenter's review from 3 years ago, but the staff there now is nothing but friendly, helpful and full of good customer service. Prices are pretty goood, a little more expoensive when it comes to new/used games, but thats to be expected. They have helped me multiple times with problems with my kids DS, our Xbox and wii.I am a loyal customer now!

Excellent service, I was assisted by Tavian who was very knowledgeable and professional, and I received much more for my trade in’s than I expected! Also when did GameStop start selling iPhones on there website?!?!

Awesome, professional staff. Parking was a little hairball during the lunch hour but everything in the store went smoothly! Recommend!
