Staff is very helpful. They will take the time to share knowledge about the products and even your project when you have questions. During planting season they have a wonderful garden center. They also welcome our two pups to come in with us.

I was picking up some potting soil and I saw how beautiful their plants were, so I bought 8!

Always enjoy going to this store. Give 5 stars but hate self check out. I will have to downgrade the store unless they open cashier positions. Self check out is a nightmare for retired people!!!!!

Great place to shop for all your home DIY needs

Lowe's has such a wide variety of items, building supplies, appliances, lawn equipment, wood splitters, paint, household cleaners, lights, ceiling fans, fresh plants, and so much more. Restrooms available. Handicap parking and handicapped accessible. The parking lot and interior of the store are neat and clean. This is a great store!

Went yo buy specific exterior door. The gentleman at door department found whst I wanted, ordered it..and the best part it was on sale....thank you Lowes

Best place to get all your home building needs everything you need whether you're a business or doing it yourself at home employees are very helpful

I priced the plywood I needed at several different places. Lowe's was, by far the least expensive. On to of that they cut to my measurements at no cost! The service staff is amazing. They're extremely helpful, with advice on projects, helping to find what you need, and any questions you may have. Also, I spoke with a total of 5 employees while there, and each one was as friendly as I could ever ask for.

Did an online order for 25 bags of dirt. Went into the pickup order location and was greeted and helped quickly.

We bought a snow blower and needed help getting it into our vehicle. It ended up we needed to take it apart to fit it in. Lorinda (who was shopping and not working that day) went above and beyond to help us get it done. She definitely deserves a raise!!

Went to buy a new appliance there and had the best experience possible. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the appliance I was buying. He was extremely kind and a pleasant personality. I will definitely be returning to Lowe's and hopefully Shawn will be there to assist me again!!!! Next time my friends and family need something I will direct them to this store!

I’ve always had great experiences with their employees. They’re polite and respectful. I’m never made to feel stupid - even when I’m positive I look lost and a bit perplexed. Employees are eager to help, offering often, but not in that pushy irritating way. They read their customers well. And most importantly, they help me find the strange things I don’t have a name for!

The employees were beyond helpful in assisting us with our gardening projects and needs. Shelley, the garden center manager, was super helpful and accommodating! They didn't even mind our little puppy being the wild child he is!

Even though theybdidnt have what I needed and the website said they did, the staff Kerry and Lizabeth made me feel better in that they physically checked everywhere possible. I will come back to this Lowes.

Went to Lowe's for a washer and dryer. In the Plymouth, IN, store they had the washer but not the matching dryer. The young gentleman whose name is Shane helped us. When we asked if they had the items in stock he checked and told us they have the washer but not the dryer. And we said we would buy the washer, he went into the back to get the washer and he was back there for awhile because he was checking to see if there was a dryer back there in case the handheld was wrong. He told us there was three in Niles, MI, for the closest store to have the dryer or we could order it online and wait about 10 days. After checking out and calling the MI store for the dryer to make sure it is in their inventory and they told us no we went back into the Plymouth location and went back to the same gentleman. He called the store himself and they told him there was a misunderstanding and was looking at the wrong one. We are now headed to MI after the help of one person who welcomed us and helped us load it into the truck.
