Staff is always super friendly and welcome you with a smile. They're also very helpful when looking for a certain item. If they don't have the item you're looking for in the store they will help you by ordering it and having it shipped to the store for you. Definitely recommend this store to anyone. Never have had a bad experience ever.

Sara was so very helpful, my daughter and I walked in and she recognized we are candle lovers. She instantly let us know all the candles were on sale. While looking for a new body wash for myself for fall she helped me find three different sense and one that I really enjoyed. Tara is always kind when we go in as well. Joanna is so kind & helpful. We will by pass the mall Bath-n-Body & drive back to our home store. They are so wonderful & helpful!

I absolutely love coming here, the employees are all so friendly and helpful. Once in a while when I come in, my favorite employee Wendy is there and I love seeing her !! She's the sweetest lady and I always enjoy talking to her. She definitely knows how to make someone feel welcome !

Right away someone asked if I needed help. They were very helpful about informing me on current sales. She even saved me 10 dollars by recommending a different bath bomb that was cheaper but still good quality.

They had their buy 3 get 3 sale,and alot of stuff to choose from. Sales Lady went out of her way to help find the candles I wanted as I was afraid they quit making,but yippee they were there.
