Austin in the Plymouth Verizon store was awesome! Helped me through the steps of upgrading my fiance's and my phone! We love the phones! Made her extremely happy. Busted my phone. Holly helped me get a new one and made the experience a good one! Hate having to get a new phone, but happy to have a good experience while doing so. She took a picture of my phone because of how shattered the screen was and how bent it was. Glad my broken phone could make someone laugh 😃
